The side room with the four hibachi tables has no working AC, as confirmed by the hostess. Easily 20 degrees hotter than the main area, even when the stove isn’t on. Had to stand outside in the main area for a couple minutes just to cool off.

I really enjoyed the hibachi experience here, as the chef was super entertaining and the food tasted great. Everything was cooked just right, and the sushi rolls were surprisingly fresh and flavorful. It is definitely a fun spot to hang out with friends, even though it got a little noisy during the peak hours.

The bathroom smells gross. Can't be that much to fix the leaks. Make sure you ask them to take the tails off the shrimp if you get coconut shrimp. This is the only place that I have been to that doesn't automatically do it.

A long wait at the hibachi table (~60 min before the main meal) but the food was good, portions are large, and my kids enjoyed the show!

They had a sign up promoting a mother's day menu, but the waitress seemed confused and said no such thing existed. A bit weird, but whatever lol. We came for mother's day and had a good time. The cook was pretty fun and who doesn't love sake.
Worth checking out!
Oh, and the sushi was great!
Fresh fish daily top quality offerings, sea bass goes quickly around lunch.

I paid 30 dollars for this meal. But what I got was like bringing me leftovers to eat. I think it's disgusting. How can you sell food like this? Very brainless. I will definitely not go back to eat at your restaurant again. The most disgusting.
Had a good dining experience. The food and service was great.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had on February 15,2026. We have been going there since my kids were babies they are now 17/19. This use to be our go to place not anymore. We were sat at 5:20waited 30/40 min before getting drinks or sushi we ordered we never left until 7:30. The other party that was with us waited for his beer for over 40 min and then to get refills he had to go to the bar to get them himself. The steak had no seasoning no sauce the chicken was over cooked to the point we didn’t eat it because it was hard, salmon was burnt on one side and dry, the scallops burnt on one side and chewy. The sushi was great. The cook at the hibachi was in such a rush half of my kid’s noodles ended up on the table. Spoke to manager and his remark to us was well the waiter is handicapped and that’s fine but the attitude from said waiter was not necessary handicapped or not especially when asked for our drinks to be refilled. Then manager say well what do you want me to do about it with an attitude. Not impressed at all we will be going to a different hibachi and will never return to Kotos again!!! That is how the issue will be solved.

Good food and a fun place. My som always wants dessert and they always bring the bill and sigh when I refuse it and want to add dessert. I dont know why they dont ask first.

We got there at 530, ordered drinks. Shortly after we ordered food and received our soup and salad. 90 minutes later after watching new people show up and eat we asked our waitress when we would get our food. She came back from kitchen and notified us that she forgot to actually enter our order. We left 3 hours later. This has never happened before but next time I go if that waitress shows up I will get up and leave. I would love to be contacted by manager.
