Got to the store at about 2 PM. My family had 6 people so we used the kiosk to order a mix of KFC and Taco Bell at 2:09. Got our KFC in about 7 minutes but not our taco bell and only half of our drinks. Asked for my other drinks. The lady acted like I was trying to steal from her. Waited and waited for my taco bell. 30 minutes later I still haven't received it. The woman was rude and condescending, like I was the problem. Multiple people standing around and only one girl filling taco bell orders. Finally got some of our taco bell order and left with some because I didn't have time to wait. I understand being short staffed but 45 minutes for Taco Bell is insane! And the attitude of the employee was ridiculous, not just to me she was rude to others too.

Ordered two Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos with just meat and cheese, they gave me two with lettuce, I tried explaining to the cashier that I ordered two Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos with JUST CHEESE AND MEAT with NO TOMATOES OR LETTUCE and she had the audacity to gaslight me.

I got the supreme luxe box, whatever the crunchy taco is~Stop making them!! Tasted like can chicken or tuna🧐 I don't recommend that thing!! Everything else was fine

Literally the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too and as the world knows every Taco Bell is slow. But genuinely I’ve gone here a many times bc I love Taco Bell so much, but before going, you have to stop and think to yourself, is it worth losing an hour of my life? Because let me tell you one thing, you will be waiting for at least one hour no matter how little you get. I’m not sure how it’s the 21st century and a store can be this bad.

incredibly slow for taco bell, order came out missing an item and staff argued back about it. especially problematic since they told me the burrito i was given was supposed to be a vegetarian one, and it had meat. i also overheard staff being rude to other customers

Literally the slowest functioning Taco Bell I've ever been too. The staff is nice. Leadership is rude and condescending to their team. No wonder why they move at a snails pace. Treat your staff better and they will have incentive to treat their customers with a quicker pace and a smile. Why bust their ass if they're going to have a miserable day either way?

They’ll serve you ingredients that you’re allergic to after you selected to have them removed when you ordered. And when you tell them to make it correctly they’ll argue with you. Horrible service – they don’t understand that you’re a paying customer and they’re on the clock

Safe Movers of New England

This particular location is currently in a trend of very slow service. The staff here is more concerned about their coworkers performance than their own. And if you mention any dissatisfaction just as an FYI for them, you never get an apology here. Just excuses every single time. Management should step up their game and they also should enable mobile ordering and hiring workers who show some athletic aptitude.
