Ordered many times over the past week and each time it's been a wonderful experience. The staff is always super fast yet patient, attentive and helpful. Food is 10/10, ordered many different things and each exceeded my expectation. Had a mix up with my order this morning, seemed like an accidental bag swap as another person came up with a messed up order as I was leaving, and they immediately made it right. As a former service worker, seeing what I assume was a manager hyping their staff at the same time as keeping them to task was a pleasure. Can't wait for my next order

I went in person after a medical appointment and, as a treat for me, ordered a simple extra toasted bagel with cream cheese. I waited over 15 minutes while online orders were being filled. When I got my order the bagel was barely toasted, and it was only lukewarm. In the meantime my coffee had gone cold. The bagel was tasteless and the whole experience was a huge disappointment. This place needs way, way better bagels, and they should process in person orders in a separate queue. I will not be going back.

Always prompt so helpful, I work at the hospital, got called away went back an hour later, they remade my order, no questions asked! Such awesome understanding humans work there!

I wish the hospital offered this good and healthy food for their patients menu!
And that their hours were open much longer on the weekends.
I've been in twice for their smoked salmon sandwich on a bagel and it hits the spot with flavors and nutrition!

I usually meal prep but unfortunately time escaped me and so from time to time I must eat at the hospital. The works for the price should be excellent. And when they make the food correctly it's excellent. But 4/5 times in a row now they have messed up my order. Now mind you I try to not complain but when I have to come all the way back for it to be corrected it takes time. They really need to step it up. I would love healthy food that is made to order and done correctly with fresh ingredients that Doesn't cost so much. $17 on a power bowl and it's barely tolerable but because I'm starving it is what it is I suppose.
