I've come through this drive through two days in a row now and for some reason they can't get my simple request right. I come with my own cup and my own ice and ask for my own ice only and yet 2 days in a row when I order my double rush they like to put a scoop of their own dirty ice in there. Don't go to this Aroma Joe's because apparently they can't listen to very simple requests, I'd hate to see what somebody with a real allergy or problem might do. The Aroma Joe's in Barrington less than 2 miles away has never had a problem with this, and I will be going there from now on exclusively.

Ashley and her outfits are always on point. She makes a Mean hot chocolate. Becka is always smiling and happy to greet everytime ! We keep coming back because of these two !!!

Bekah is awesome she is a huge asset to the company and provides the best customer service. She always greets us in the morning with a smile and always knows what the order is going to be. We keep coming back because of her customer service skills. If she would leave I would recruit her. Ashley is great too. The music in the cafe is the best ! It’s always the right volume and the music fits the scene.

Really? Handing the card scanner out the window to try to guilt trip people into tipping is this standard practice or a rogue employee?
Online and sign on door says open till. 9pm. Got here at 7 and door was locked with 2 girls behind the counter and didn’t acknowledge us when we tried to get their attention. Disappointed

Came in between classes and Ashley is here, all alone, KILLING IT!! She made me a super yummy surprise rush (kiwi, strawberry and extra coconut) and she has amazing customer service.
