anyone giving this place over 3 stars is a robot. Completely incompetent staff and takes forever to make simple orders. consistently find myself waiting 10+ minutes for them to make a drink, not to mention neglecting customers waiting for food. Place needs new staff

Make an online order for pickup, coworker picks up order on the way into work both xl coffees are supposed to have 6 creams in them both cup tags and receipt shows 6 cream and not a drop of cream in them both. Great almost 7.00 of much needed coffee I get to look at all day.

lady working at night fully ignored us and the truck in front of me, saw her run and hide into the back so she didn’t have to do her job do not come here they suck

almost every time I order food through the app, I always ask for chipotle aioli on my breakfast sandwich. and every time I look, there is no aioli on my sandwich. yes I understand that it gets busy, but sometimes you need to slow down a bit and reread the slip youre working one

Staff is awesome, coffees and food is consistently great however - building maintenance is sorely lacking. Mismatched paint patches (complete with hairs stuck in it), silly replacement D on the wall that doesn't match in color or style, etc. It definitely looks like someone is cutting all the maintenance corners at this location.

So slow you loose business. Cars driving off in the drive through. Just sat in line 30 minutes to sit at the window for 15 for 2 bagels. Only had 6 cats in front of me. What takes so long why so slow?

That menu wall is way too bright at the drive thru. It’s almost blinding at night.
Christmas Day, says they're open 5-12pm. Have a line going all the way out to the street and nobody's working.
