LCG on WHEELS Food Trucks • $
NH-125, Lee

“We are frequent patrons of Bobby's place KCG on Wheels (Lee Circle Grocery on Wheels). Bobby is the nicest guy and works so hard to make great food available to anyone driving by. We'll get to the food in a minute, but I have to tell you one of the reasons why he's such a nice guy. He doesn't collect tips - he instead asks that tips go into a tip jar that he then donates to a local charity. See? Nice guy.Ok, now the food. You see this drive up trailer that looks so trashy (sorry Bobby) sitting on the side of Rt 125 just north of the Lee Traffic Circle and think "why would anyone buy anything there?". There are a lot of reasons, and you can read all the reviews to give you an idea. I don't eat meat so I order the local fried haddock and chips with extra remoulade sauce every time. Bobby makes the remoulade sauce and it is to die for - so much better than tartar sauce. The haddock is a large portion that is cooked to perfection; not greasy nor in a heavy coating of batter. The fries are great - hot, crisp, salty and flavorful. One time I changed things up and asked for onion rings instead of fries for an upcharge. I wasn't a huge fan of them; although cooked well, they had far too much breading for me.I hear the burgers are great, and so is the pulled pork sammie. Haven't tried the chicken fingers yet but will based on other reviews. Bobby posts the daily specials on his Facebook page so you always know what's on the menu.As for atmosphere, well, it IS on the side of a busy road full of commuters, locals and a ton of visitors who are trying to get to the lakes region and other parts of this beautiful state. The traffic is loud and there really is nothing to do while waiting for your order. But don't drive by thinking this place is a roadside dump; Bobby makes great food and cares about the local community.“

“This was our first time to visit the Tideline public house. We had a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the quinoa bowel and the turkey panini. They have a good selection of beer. The brown ale and saisson were both very tasty. The staff was very helpful, professional, and well spoken. The restaurant and grounds are very clean. Thank you for such a great experience. We will definitely visit again!“

Ramon’s Food & Coffee Cart University of New Hampshire Cafe • $
Academic Way, Durham - 4.07 miles

“Ramon and his family are THE sweetest people on campus and deserve all of our appreciation and attention! They always make their food and drinks perfectly and with love and serve it to you with the most lovely smile that makes anyone’s day better. Their prices can be a lot but as a very small business, they should be rewarded for all they do for us UNH students and staff :) HIGHLY recommend you try! My go-to’s at Ramon’s are a sesame bagel with cream cheese and an iced caramel creme coffee with almond milk and sugar :P“
