This has to be the worse location I’ve ever been to, the service was terrible, they completely messed up my order then when I inquired about it I was blamed. They didn’t want to try and fix the mistake at all. Also the didn’t seem fresh whatsoever. I’ve heard the owner is very cheap and makes employees cut corners. Avoid this dump! Just cook at home.

Usually slower service compared to other locations. The buns are always, I mean always, stale. I'm not sure what they do to store their bread, but they are pretty dried out.

This McDonald’s is a nightmare. I’ve been two times in the last 5 months and every time I come I have to wait up to 30 mins for my food to be ready… there have been 14 other cars also asked to wait for food. Some customers have gotten out of their cars to go inside to collect their own food. Just bad

Really upset I asked for extra onions on my burger and onions on the side. Not even a single onion on my whole meal. My boyfriend got a deluxe meal and they didn’t add any of the extras to his burger. Forgot my sauce. The fires are stale as hell. Waste of money and super pissed. I wasn’t there to check before leaving so I found out on when he got home. He shut ate the burger so I couldn’t take a picture.

The library was closed & I needed to finish some studying- the manager was so kind & welcoming. I had a yummy coffee treat while I finished a chapter on Seizures/Syncope.

I wouldn’t normally review a fast food place but I had to. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It didn’t seem like anyone had the staff in the back under control. They were being loud and obnoxious. Eating fries while preparing orders. Texting. Running around. It made me uncomfortable to eat my meal after that because of how poorly I watched them handle other orders.

4/5 overall. Place was a bit messy however it just looked like it had been a busy weekend night nothing too crazy. As for the food! It was super fresh and hot! Someone on the line either REALLY cares about presentation or just came back from their “smoke break” if you catch my drift 😂😂 the nugget presentation was 10/10 love the organization 😌 infact that’s what drove me to write this review! I visit this McDonald’s often most usually through mobile orders and the staff is always super friendly and helpful even on their most busy nights they go above and beyond most nights especially for their regulars, they take the time to remember your regular “meals” and if you change it up they definitely notice!! Love this McDonald’s! (Edit there was definitely 10 nuggets but I ate one before this 😂)

Today is the last day I ever go to this McDonald’s.In the last year, I have gone to this McDonald’s four times and had the exact same experience every time. McDonald’s is a company that pride itself on Customers being able to get the same quality meal at every location, the same way. At this McDonald’s and this McDonald’s only, when I order an iced vanilla coffee (A standard menu item that comes with 4 to 5 pumps of vanilla syrup) they ring it up as a black coffee, try to get me to put cream and sugar in it, and then tell me that the Vanilla coffee syrup does not have in it what I know that it does. The result has been the same every time, my coffee being made incorrectly and undrinkable for my taste. Not what is available to me at every other McDonald’s nationwide.
I am writing this review not to complain, but in hopes that someone in management can address this issue. I would assume that if you have the issue with making coffee The right way,there may be systemic issues with your systems and processes throughout. Good luck and I hope you are able to correct this in the future.

Went through the drive thru and bought an almost $5 dollar double cheeseburger. It wasn’t busy. Picked it up and it was cold. Opened in the parking lot and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Drove back to the 1st window and told the employee who said there was nothing she could do. Asked for a Mgr, and someone yelled from somewhere to go to the second window, where I waited too long to get my money back. Manager ought to go back to making fries. That’s a prime location and the food is horrible. Not my first experience there, I just had enough being ripped off on Monday.
