I have been a regular at the Lee, New Hampshire McDonalds there at least three times a week. Generally the staff is great but I am so sick of McDonald’s and their desire to rush customers through the drive thru line. This particular time I was at the speaker and the app was not working properly. He began getting impatient because he said I couldn’t hold up his line. I told him that I was a customer too just like all those people waiting behind me. He told me I didn’t need to give him a hard time. I explained that I was not but what would you if I had never been to McDonald’s and needed to review the menu what would you do then? He just said that he needed to move the line along. So we finally got the order right, got to the window and I am trying to count change to pay. When I asked he had no idea how much change I had given him. Having not known myself because I was trying to rush, I asked what he wanted me to do then. He responded saying “I am going to give it to you free just to get you out of my line.”. I was extremely pissed with the disrespect. When I arrived at the pay window I told the manager and two other employees what happened and what an a—hole he had been and that he needed customer service training. In reality they should fire him!

The McDonald’s corporation for all the money they make should be ashamed of the miserable equipment that they give the good employees who are are trying hard to serve the public, but it’s clear to me that they’re giving bad microphones and bad equipment to work with inside and that is no need of it. Also, why doesn’t McDonald’s offer a brown rice vegetarian bowl would be so easy for them to make on the assembly line? Yes vegetarians can’t use any of these drive-through restaurants and they could very easily service them. The equipment they give these hard-working kids who try hard to do a good job is shameful. All the money McDonald’s makes. They ought to serve the public better by better equipping their employees and offering vegetarian options. oh, and soda is not cold when it comes out of the machines they put ice in, but it really doesn’t seem to help it much. Why would they not simply chill their soda water Taco Bell does it’s just plain cheap operating governance by the McDonald’s corporation none of it is the employees fault. The food here is fine, on par with McDonalds in general. The building itself is ok. The parking lot and paving around this location is horrific. There are at least three pot holes on each corner of the building. It hasn't been paved in years. If you go here, make sure your suspension is good.

Order a six piece chicken nugget and only got 4. Box said 6. When you spend $20 you expect to get everything you ordered.

asked for a bun without sesame seeds cause i’m allergic and gave me no bun at all have no clue how anyone can think that’s what that means this is the first mcdonald’s to do this really shows how smart they are. some of the most untalented and worst people that will ever take care of your food

This was THE WORST mcdonalds I have ever been to. Filthy filthy, soda spilled in the dining area, tables were filthy. Trash everywhere. Staff looked like they were dressed in their pajamas. Stood at counter, waiting for service watching staff on their phones. They saw me and just ignored me. The food was old and ice cold. Never ever will I recommend this mcdonalds.

I was behind a rude man in a white truck who was holding up the line on our way home in drive thru who was swearing at the employees. We got some nuggets and burgers, fries and meal deal were perfect.

I don't eat McDonald's much anymore. With that being said about once a year or so I stop and get a double cheese burger, chicken nuggets and fries. Well, I it will be my last, not just because it's over priced and the quality and quantity hasn't increased with its price but this McDs specifically was like whoa! (Not to mention unhealthy)
1) Employees make like $15-20/hr there. I had to place my own order on a computer... Really? But okay not the first time or place that customers are working for free for a company (if we take our own order, check ourselves out, bag our own items, get it ourselves... We should at least get a discount! So over businesses doing this!)
2) There were 5 tables filthy when we arrived. That's pretty much half the front portion of the dining area. When I asked the person behind the counter if we could get a couple of the tables cleaned as we had a big party and wanted to dine together, they clearly were annoyed I asked and then had the audacity to suggest we look to see if there were clean tables in the back dining space! We had to start cleaning our own before someone finally came out (WTH!) 3) When you are finishing up taking your own order, it tells you to take a table tag and they'll bring you your food. See pic for reference. They absolutely did NOT do that. They called out our ticket # from the counter and made us go get our food! I'm over businesses who obviously already make a profit off of me, forcing me to work for free for them while they continue to profit off of me... 4) I ordered a 4 piece nugget (I got 5, yes I realize I got "more than I paid for! LOL but did I?) 5)Didn't get my complete order and did not get it correctly, and no I didn't order any crazy modifications, everything was ordered how it was originally made. The only thing I didn't do was cook the food!
I really think customers need to start boycotting these types of establishments. 1)People need jobs, taking away devices where customers have to place their own orders would put a person back in that spot (Job scarcity? Not if you do that!) 2) Customers go out for convenience!!! To be waited on and served... Not to wait on and serve themselves...we can do that at home! Duh! 3)You already charge a ridiculous amount for the item itself and "services" yet I'm not receiving any services.

I realize this is quite the rant over a silly place like McDonald's... However it's not just McDonald's... It's infiltrating everywhere and it's NOT okay!
Rant done and so am I with McDs and if you're smart, you would be too!
