Today is the last day I ever go to this McDonald’s.In the last year, I have gone to this McDonald’s four times and had the exact same experience every time. McDonald’s is a company that pride itself on Customers being able to get the same quality meal at every location, the same way. At this McDonald’s and this McDonald’s only, when I order an iced vanilla coffee (A standard menu item that comes with 4 to 5 pumps of vanilla syrup) they ring it up as a black coffee, try to get me to put cream and sugar in it, and then tell me that the Vanilla coffee syrup does not have in it what I know that it does. The result has been the same every time, my coffee being made incorrectly and undrinkable for my taste. Not what is available to me at every other McDonald’s nationwide.
I am writing this review not to complain, but in hopes that someone in management can address this issue. I would assume that if you have the issue with making coffee The right way, there may be systemic issues with your systems and processes throughout. Good luck and I hope you are able to correct this in the future.

Went through the drive thru and bought an almost $5 dollar double cheeseburger. It wasn’t busy.
Picked it up and it was cold. Opened in the parking lot and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Drove back to the 1st window and told the employee who said there was nothing she could do. Asked for a Mgr, and someone yelled from somewhere to go to the second window, where I waited too long to get my money back. Manager ought to go back to making fries. That’s a prime location and the food is horrible. Not my first experience there, I just had enough being ripped off on Monday.

No McDonalds is a 5 star. This location on the other hand is consistent and that's really all we can hope for.

$13.76 for a egg McMuffin meal with a small drink. Added a hash brown which was a soggy clump of grease. Their prices are out of control, no wonder they are closing so many stores this year
I walked in just to get a shake. I ordered from the kiosk because they had nobody to man the register, stood in front of the register after ordering for about 20 min waiting, then got frustrated after everyone disappeared and I left. As I was walking out, the employees were just standing around by the side door. I understand that most employees for these places are teenagers, but this was ridiculous. All I wanted was a shake, not 15 meals.

Consistently consistent.
Went to the Lee NH restaurant Saturday and was shocked at how I was treated. The didn’t put fry’s in my drive though order. Drive though orders being wrong is typical but used to that. When I went in to get fry’s I stood by register and no one came over. I had do yell to the back to get someone. Then said I needed fry’s for my order. Then I watched them putting fry’s in other peoples orders. Then I asked for the manager and I said hurry up and get me the fry’s they are filling other peoples orders. Then the manager started mocking me and had his workers mock me. Manager should be fired, my 6 year old granddaughter can do better as a manager. I will never go to that location again.

I have been a regular at the Lee, New Hampshire McDonalds there at least three times a week. Generally the staff is great but I am so sick of McDonald’s and their desire to rush customers through the drive thru line. This particular time I was at the speaker and the app was not working properly. He began getting impatient because he said I couldn’t hold up his line. I told him that I was a customer too just like all those people waiting behind me. He told me I didn’t need to give him a hard time. I explained that I was not but what would you if I had never been to McDonald’s and needed to review the menu what would you do then? He just said that he needed to move the line along. So we finally got the order right, got to the window and I am trying to count change to pay. When I asked he had no idea how much change I had given him. Having not known myself because I was trying to rush, I asked what he wanted me to do then. He responded saying “I am going to give it to you free just to get you out of my line.”. I was extremely pissed with the disrespect. When I arrived at the pay window I told the manager and two other employees what happened and what an a—hole he had been and that he needed customer service training. In reality they should fire him!

They don't do the same specials other McDonald's do. Such as ordering a sausage mcmuffin, and can't get the extra hashbrown for a buck.

The McDonald’s corporation for all the money they make should be ashamed of the miserable equipment that they give the good employees who are are trying hard to serve the public, but it’s clear to me that they’re giving bad microphones and bad equipment to work with inside and that is no need of it. Also, why doesn’t McDonald’s offer a brown rice vegetarian bowl would be so easy for them to make on the assembly line? Yes vegetarians can’t use any of these drive-through restaurants and they could very easily service them. The equipment they give these hard-working kids who try hard to do a good job is shameful. All the money McDonald’s makes. They ought to serve the public better by better equipping their employees and offering vegetarian options. oh, and soda is not cold when it comes out of the machines they put ice in, but it really doesn’t seem to help it much. Why would they not simply chill their soda water Taco Bell does it’s just plain cheap operating governance by the McDonald’s corporation none of it is the employees fault. They try their very best to work with the crappy equipment that
The food here is fine, on par with McDonalds in general. The building itself is ok. The parking lot and paving around this location is horrific. There are at least three pot holes on each corner of the building. It hasn't been paved in years. If you go here, make sure your suspension is good.
Edit: the parking lot is now repaved. Thank you.
