Orders always wrong. Use to be good but now the food just makes me sick and can’t eat it. Way over priced especially when your order is always wrong

I’m out of my local area. I ordered from this pizza place on a whim, because they were the only shop open after 8pm. I ordered a steak bomb, French fries and tiramisu. The young lady on the phone was attentive and friendly. While I was waiting for my food, I figured I would go look at their reviews and read some really good reviews and bad. It comes with owning a business, you can’t make everyone happy.
My experience: the pizza shop is old timey, in such a a nostalgic way!! It brings me back to my childhood times eating pizza with my dad.
The employees were not on drugs, they were all alert and getting ready to call it a night cleaning up, and making last minute orders. they were very nice and super friendly - I actually feel bad that someone would come and spread lies about people especially thru a google review. From the reviews I read, that was not my experience at all. The exact opposite. Inside this pizza shop, I met genuinely sweet people, who provide food to the public. I am thankful they were open, so I could grab food as I just got out of work.
The food: the French fries were top tier!! The steak bomb was phenomenal and exactly how I ordered it. The tiramisu was moist and delectable, and the flavor was everything!!
If you take anything was from this review, let it be that you cannot judge a book by its cover, or “google review,” these hateful lies written by whoever, are just that. Not what I experienced at all. American people are breaking their backs to pay the bills and be able to survive. For people to come on here, and lie about small businesses. You should be ashamed of yourself.
To the owners and the employees, just keep being you, and keep serving amazing food to the people of NH. Your food and service were great, and I will be returning when I am back in the area.

Just walked in on lunch the prices are insane it’s like 15-20 for a sub and the appetizers are insane to if it was a nice restaurant sure but it’s not. Total waste of time can get a sub for 10 bucks down the street!!!

My fiance and I use to come here religiously once a week (on a Monday) because the food was amazing and who wants to cook on a Monday? Unfortunately it feels/seems as though the food quality has gone down hill the past 3 times we’ve gone. Definitely sad as we thoroughly enjoyed what we thought was a quick pop in for dinner. The steak and cheese was good until a condiment was forgotten on several occasions. Asked for the sandwich to be toasted as well. Not toasted. Went in for a large Buffalo chicken pizza which we had before and it was INCREDIBLE…This experience not so much. On the menu it says Buffalo chicken no red sauce. We ordered to eat in as we always did , brought to our table and all which was great! We each took a bite and was not what was to be expected, cut up tenders on top of cheese, on top of red sauce. Brought it to the cooks attention, and the fix was drizzling buffalo sauce over the top and calling it a day instead of remaking the pizza that we paid $24 for. The chicken finger plates that USE to be amazing now are of a different quality/brand it seems like. I’m not one to post a review but after 3 different tries giving hopes that maybe it was a fluke night or whatever the case may be…it has turned into a big disappointment and to what my fiance and I would consider to be“a waste of money” We truly truly hope things turn around for the better. But as for now, we unfortunately will be taking our business an extra 15 minutes up the road to where the food is a little more expensive but the order is always met to customer satisfaction. I truly hope things turn around for the pizza spinner crew.
