I am not one to write a review, but I had the worst experience at Starbucks today. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely went back to ask for a remake, the employee stared at me and said, “That’s what you asked for,” and wouldn’t remake it until I asked again. After that, she laughed and involved other staff members, who also looked and laughed, which made me feel really uncomfortable and disrespected. The drink was then remade incorrectly again, which added to the frustration. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but I expected basic kindness and professionalism when asking for help. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that, and it was honestly upsetting. If I could give the service a 0, I would. She really needs to get spoken to about that behavior because it was not okay.

Happy to get a perfectly made beverages this visit as it can be so hit or miss depending on location and time. Baristas were very friendly at this location and our drinks and food came out quickly.

Had a horrible experience at the Starbucks in Kittery Maine and was driving to my hotel, decided to stop by this location and the staff was more than willing to help fulfill my order without antagonizing me such at the Kittery location in Maine did :) I hope the night shift employees at this location know how much people like me appreciate them for keeping friendly service late at night. Just drove 13+ hours and appreciated the much needed coffee.

I have never left a place disgusted as I was the other day. The man behind the counter kept bending over and half his pants fell down and you could see his whole behind. I ordered a coffee and after seeing that I left. So gross to work in an establishment around food and drink. There was a group of teenage girls in front of me and everyone was so uncomfortable.

Excellent Starbucks! So happy they built this spot only a few minutes from where we live. We stop in all the time and have only received great service and top notch coffee & food.
Very meh experience. 15/20 minute wait in the drive thru line and then a few minute wait at the window. Once up to the window they had me pay, and THEN questioned what my order was. All fine, I know it gets confusing and backed up. Then a few minutes later somebody new came up to the window and asked what my order was. I told them and they handed me my drink and bread slice. The mocha cookie crumble drink I got was almost completely melted with no whipped cream on the bottom and there was no knife to go with my pumpkin bread and butter.
Everyone working was pleasant enough, but I just would not recommend stopping here. The quality was low, the wait was long, and everything seemed disorganized.

Very Disappointed. 7 dollars for a cup of ice. If that’s light ice I can’t imagine what Standard is. Not my normal location, But Epping was closed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Choose a different store, or stick to your usual.
