I’ve never had a more well put together Wendy’s burger in my life until today. Whoever making these needs a raise, I got the burgers on January 7th at 2:00 if any managers see this and check the schedule they need a raise.

Regular Wendy’s on the inside of course. They forgot my chili once but didn’t hassle me when I went back for it. BUT WHOEVER IS IN THE KITCHEN ON 1/7/26 at 1:45 pm you’re AWESOME! Chili was practically over filled and both the burgers in the order were made so perfectly you’d think they came out of the photo.

Rude service, entire order crammed into one bag(2 burgers, 2 fries, an order of chicken nuggets and 2 straws). The fries (old fries) were only half full and due to everything being in one bag the straws were broken. Kid (20 something year old) at the register had a very sour attitude and rolled his eyes when i asked if the straws were in the bag. All in all one of the worst experiences I've had at Wendy's. I will not be visiting this location again.

The Wendy's in epping is the best food, always fresh, the drive thru personal are all so very pleasant.
The smell in the lobby and hallway is just disgusting barely can eat in this place. The afternoon crew can barley make a good looking burger. The night crew honestly can and does better than what I got from this afternoon.

The last month or so this location keeps forgetting to give me what I have ordered Including condiments. Today in the afternoon I had a burger and fries, and baked potato they forgot to give me my fries and condiments for the potato. I drove back got my condiments and they gave me a small fry instead of a medium fry. This is getting ridiculous.
