Visited in March and ordered several drinks. There were a few specific requirements for one of the drinks and the lovely lady was only too happy to oblige and look after us. Best hot chocolate from a Dunkin (and lots of other places too) ever.
Adding experience from May 2025. The staff are still OK however the price gouging is horrible. They now charge 30c to butter a toasted bagel but this charge is not advertised anywhere!
And they sell utterly disgusting...

Location within walking distance from the Hampton Inn in Lincoln, which was very convenient for my boyfriend to go get us coffees in the morning! He also had a breakfast sandwich that he said was very fresh. Fast service!
