The customer service here is absolutely excellent major shout out to grace I dropped my large coffee and she was so kind and remade it. I had a wonderful experience. Absolutely please go to this Dunkin and be very kind to the staff because they are lovely.

This Dunkin is very convenient for visitors who drive scenic view. Specially u get ur coffee and use restroom.

Very nice we staff, always greet u very well... my go place when ever me and my family visit Kancamagus hway.

Visited in March and ordered several drinks. There were a few specific requirements for one of the drinks and the lovely lady was only too happy to oblige and look after us. Best hot chocolate from a Dunkin (and lots of other places too) ever.

Adding experience from May 2025. The staff are still OK however the price gouging is horrible. They now charge 30c to butter a toasted bagel but this charge is not advertised anywhere!
And they sell utterly disgusting...
