Tried to order at the counter and an employee sitting in the lobby says she can help us at a kiosk as if we don't know how to use them. Literally just wanted 2 drinks and a cry figured it'd be faster to order at the damn counter. Then she thinks it's okay to stand there explaining what things are when we're just trying to get 2 things. Irritating already but then has the audacity to try and touch my baby? What the actual HELL is wrong with her?? My husband had to slap her hand away from him. Absolutely ridiculous.

45 minutes at drive thru wait for a kids meal!! Got a completely different order. People behind me were yelling and blowing their horns. Horrible experience.

We don't go there late at night anymore because the food is always old. If you go in to order, they make you use the kiosk... every other McDonald's I've been in, it's an option not a requirement. Especially just to go up there and pay with cash after not sure the point.

Just wondering why it is so much to ask for someone to respond when you say thank you, with a simple you're welcome. Seemed to be a manager. Completely dead in restaurant. Handed me my order, I said thank you, she breezed right over the fact that I said anything at all, like I didn't exist. I expect this from the young rude kids, not from an experienced adult. So sad that people have to yell, scream, throw things to be payed attention to, I don't agree with that behavior, but pretty tired of being ignored when I show gratitude, which is a courtesy, to people that get paid to do the job of providing good customer service. You guys failed.

This is this what the fast food experience is now. I walked in couldn't get help they told me to go to kiosk. So he comes from behind the counter and shows me how to use the keosh for 5 minutes instead of just taking my order from behind the register when I walked in. The fries were cold and the big fat lady That was the manager is very nasty and I will never go back. The guy who helped me with the kiosk was very friendly. It's sad but fast food needs to go fully automated Since young people struggle with just a simplest of tasks.
