How do they fit so much in this tiny space? Tucked in next to Black Mtn Burger, the sandwiches are fabulous. Not run of the mill (no pun intended) with ingredients like fig jam (yes I enjoyed the Pemi...and also the chicken salad) and pesto and great bread. And great service. Papermill is filling a niche this area needed. Gelato, selection of craft beer, snacks and other gems, grab you a sandwich and head up the Kanc to enjoy a meal and a view!

Why was I sleeping on this place for so long? Reasonably priced deli sandwiches that taste fresh and loaded with the goods. Try the Kanc, roast beef was rare and fresh just like it should be
Edit - Demoted this place to a 3* because they hire the laziest college twerps to take your order. 3 times in a row I have called to place an order before 4:30 and they tell me their kitchen is closed. If your kitchen is closed you close at 4:30 not 5. Update it or stop being lazy. Shame, because I genuinely love their sandwiches.

My husband and I went in for lunch and were extremely impressed! We shared the pemi panini and cant dog panini and both were phenomenal. They also have a great selection of craft beer and gourmet foods. So glad we found this place and will definitely be going back!

Good Affordable Panini Sandwich ?“Cant Dog” panini is good. Store also has lots of other random items you could eat or take home to family if visiting.No place to dine-in, have to take out.

I'm so glad I found this place. After doing the Pemi loop I was starving. This place has tons of local food and beer. They also have Gelato!!! I wish I lived closer. I got the Pemi Panini and it was phenomenal!

Ordered Large Chai Latte, was given it only 70% full. The Barista saw it before putting the lid on and didn't take the initiative to fill it up the rest of the way. Super expensive place, long wait, not worth it.

Great hot deli sandwiches made to order. Friendly employees and delicious desserts. They also have lots of gourmet packaged foods, gifts, hot sauces, jams, and syrups for purchase. Cute little gift/sandwich shop with a few tables to sit and enjoy your food.

Went for a big hike and was in the mood for a delicious sandwich. Cute shop, friendly service and the food was incredible. I got the Osseo with chicken. Holy yum. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Went in to check out this little market and was so pleasantly surprised by the gourmet foods and exceptional service. I was there with a person who is celiac and they were very knowledgeable about preparation, cross contamination, and handling. Their affogato was amazing!
Dietary restrictions: Were able to successfully accommodate celiac, gluten free foods and preparation.
