Mountain Thrift and Coffee Reviews
I saw great reviews of this thrift store and cafe and was looking forward to checking it out. I was shocked to see clothing that was obviously unwashed, some with burn holes and actual food on them! But, the ski pants with blood on them was enough for me to leave. And, they are charging premium prices for things I wouldn’t even donate due to the poor condition. What a shame.
Popping in on a whim whilst camping and hiking with my sister on vacation, I found exactly what I needed, and was impressed by the range of items they have on the racks and shelves. Fabulous idea to couple the thrift side with COFFEE!!! I now want to make the 2+ hour drive just to shop here.
Super warm and welcoming spot. Love the laidback vibe. Had some time to kill today so I hung out for a few hours with a book on their comfy couches. Had a yummy nitro cold brew and a delicious giant chocolate croissant. Staff were kind and friendly. Love any place that has a pay it forward section and they had a whole pillar full and were encouraging some of the customers coming in to use them. Will definitely be back in to support next time we’re in the area.

Based on the reviews, Mountain Thrift and Coffee is a unique and cute coffee shop with an attached thrift store. The coffee shop offers expertly crafted lattes, including a Turtle flavor and a double latte with lavender flavoring, which are rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced. The mochi is a nice addition, but the drinks are the real highlight. The thrift store section pairs perfect with the coffee shop atmosphere and has an amazing, huge and very well organized selection of clothes. A free section is available for anyone needing a sweatshirt, making it a great place to check for cold weather gear before more expensive places in town. The vibes are extremely pleasant with lovely decor, comfy couches, and comfortable seating with a relaxed ambiance. All of the staff are very friendly. A cherry cheese danish is divine. This spot is a must stop when staying in town or passing through, and is worth a detour off I-93.
