How do they fit so much in this tiny space? Tucked in next to Black Mtn Burger, the sandwiches are fabulous. Not run of the mill (no pun intended) with ingredients like fig jam (yes I enjoyed the Pemi...and also the chicken salad) and pesto and great bread. And great service. Papermill is filling a niche this area needed. Gelato, selection of craft beer, snacks and other gems, grab you a sandwich and head up the Kanc to enjoy a meal and a view!
Why was I sleeping on this place for so long? Reasonably priced deli sandwiches that taste fresh and loaded with the goods. Try the Kanc, roast beef was rare and fresh just like it should be

My husband and I went in for lunch and were extremely impressed! We shared the pemi panini and cant dog panini and both were phenomenal. They also have a great selection of craft beer and gourmet foods. So glad we found this place and will definitely be going back!
