We went here on a Sunday night and the ONLY option was the $50 buffet. The food was all completely bland. The meat was slightly warmer than room temperature. Thankfully no one got sick from this unsafe meat temperature. There were no healthy options except overcooked broccoli and zucchini. No seasoning or flavor. The only tasty buffet item was the cheesecake that was excellent. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Got breakfast here and it was convenient to have hot breakfast so close to where we were sleeping. The omelet was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Potatoes were well seasoned and crispy, just how I like them. The food came out quickly as they freshly cooked each order.

Ok overall, but definitely a high mark up kinda joint… I expected it to be pricey, but it was overwhelmed by the push to charge my room (so they can charge the extra 20% gratuity) We paid cash and left.$70 for two burgers and a beer. Would have been $48 at a stand alone restaurant. It wasn’t that convenient…Seemed clean and had plenty of seats. Service was polite.

Terrible experience. First tried calling for take-out as advertised in the booklet in the room. Multiple times. No answer from them. So I walked up there and tried to order food from the bar as instructed by the waiter who was seating people. Went to the bar to order food and was greeted/acknowledged by the bartender. Waited for about 10 minutes and another group came and sat down at the bar and was greeted by the bartender and then had their menus given to them and orders taken. So we left and gave our business to someone else. Won’t be back there that’s for damn sure.

I was skeptical based on the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Way too expensive for what you get. I ordered the half roasted chicken and got a tiny piece of chicken, 3 pieces of steamed broccoli, and a small cup of cauliflower, for $32. We always have dinner here when we come to the hotel, but we’ll skip it next time as there many, much better options in town.

The black diamond pub was tolerable. The service staff were accommodating and friendly. Against better judgment we ordered the prime rib which is only available on Friday and Saturday, on a Sunday. We were assured that the roast was cooked same day as served.... We are not too sure about that. It was tender but was relatively bland. We ordered Shirley temples which were standard. The wait staff was surprised that we were not ordering alcohol. We explained we chose no alcohol due to being in the sun all day. The potatoes tasted like little baked potatoes so we requested butter and sour cream. In our opinion the salads were the best part of the meal. We received our check and noticed that the had added a second salad to the bill although we asked for a salad instead of the other sides listed. We were told it wouldn't be a problem. We brought this to the server's attention and it was taken care of. General pub environment.

We dined on a Thursday night. The place was almost empty. My wife ordered the Rib Eye Steak well done. What came was a bloody pile of grizzle and fat. 3/4 of it was left on the plate. Worst quality steak she ever had and one of the most expensive steaks at $40. Terrible. I ordered a fish caserole which was okay but again overpriced. Service was lack luster at best.

Felt ripped off when I left. Expect to pay more being slope side but I ordered a chili for a snack and got the extras (chips and cheese). I did not see the extras price in the menu but it cost as much as the chili. In total about $17. Was okay chili at best but expected to pay around $10 as the chili itself was about $8.

this place is the vibe because of the wonderful people who work there. bob and rachel (i hope i remembered her name right) gave the most outstanding service. no matter how busy it was, they were always so attentive and made sure we were satisfied with the biggest smiles on their face. if i could give a million stars for them, i would. give all your money to those two!!!! they rock!!!!

My new favorite appetizer, the gumbo egg rolls! Ate it too fast to take a picture.

The bar tenders tonight were extremely rude when serving us. They were skeptical when I returned the glass of Pinot Grigio for Chardonnay (which is what i ordered). We purchased shot glasses earlier in the night and they threatened to throw them away if we didn't move them off the bar (with a very aggressive tone). They were not friendly and I would recommend sitting at the table instead of sitting at the bar. If I could give their service 0 stars I would. The restaurant and ambiance was great minus their service.

Meh... ate at the bar... kids sitting at the bar (barf). Buffet for Thanksgiving, not good. Dry turkey, gravy broken, shrimp still frozen (really, crunchy inside), broccoli casserole not cooked. Had dinner next night, steak beans and smashed potatoes... steak good, taters OK, beans not cooked. Got a bad bout of food poisoning from something, may have been beans. Severs were great, but overall, it's not somewhere I'd go again.
