I've worked in high volume kitchens for nearly 30years, and I just wanted to say that Gabriel (working alone at the time) is an absolute beast. I wish half the people I've ever worked with had this young man's abilities. Not just in the BOH but FOH also. He will make a great restaurant manager some day.
Tonight I ordered a pizza and a side of stuffed pepperoni bread had delivery when I got it the pizza was not cooked...I called to let them know and the gentleman that answered the phone was super understanding and sent me out another pizza w a treat of lava bread on the side...super amazing customer service!!@
