Aside from the fact that my rental car's navigation led me to their old location, I was very pleased with the cafe. They had a tasty vegan sandwich option (Vegan Bliss: organic lemon baked tofu, edamame hummus, roasted red peppers & organic spinach) and the raspberry oat bar was delicious as well. The chai latte was good, and so was the peanut butter & cocoa smoothie (which did have milk in it).Vegetarian options: They did not have a huge vegan/vegetarian selection, but what they did have was clearly labeled as vegan.

Great place to relax and enjoy. I had a cappuccino and it wasn't the best. Just thrown together. Need to take a little pride in your products.

First I want to say we drove an hour to go here. Upon walking in the atmosphere was relaxed. Ordering was easy. I ordered the strawberry passion espresso with a pilgrim jack on sourdough. He ordered the Italian espresso with Buffalo chicken on sourdough. Both drinks were hot and delicious. The sandwiches was made fresh and filling. Very tasty. I would recommend stopping in and we will definitely be making the drive to visit again.

I live at the Rail Trail Village. I really wish the hours were until 5pm. I work until 3pm. I love the atmosphere and Beacon chicken sandwich. It would be neighborly for some sort of gesture to people that live in the same building. I would definitely walk over more often. Just saying.

The Vermont Maple bread is to die for so make sure you order it with your beverage of choice. Got the vanilla almond macchiato with 3 expresso shots and it was perfect. Love the Christmas decorations and overall chill vibe of this cafe.

The Inkwell is probably the best coffee shop in Littleton. They change up their menu so it stays fresh, offer a variety of coffee, food and deserts that are wonderful.Staff are really nice and welcoming, especially to first timers figuring the place out.The parking situation is a little tricky, they share space with Rail Trail Apartments and their personal lot is quite small and packed throughout the day. There’s free additional parking on the right side which involves a little more walking.Don’t make the mistake I did thinking the lots next to theirs is okay to park in if you’re just there to get coffee and go, I was immediately met with one of the rail trail workers and yelled at in public. Definitely park at Inkwell or the free parking on the other side.
