The Vermont Maple bread is to die for so make sure you order it with your beverage of choice. Got the vanilla almond macchiato with 3 expresso shots and it was perfect. Love the Christmas decorations and overall chill vibe of this cafe.
The Inkwell is probably the best coffee shop in Littleton. They change up their menu so it stays fresh, offer a variety of coffee, food and deserts that are wonderful.Staff are really nice and welcoming, especially to first timers figuring the place out.The parking situation is a little tricky, they share space with Rail Trail Apartments and their personal lot is quite small and packed throughout the day. First I want to say we drove an hour to go here. Upon walking in the atmosphere was relaxed. Ordering was easy. I ordered the strawberry passion espresso with a pilgrim jack on sourdough. He ordered the Italian espresso with Buffalo chicken on sourdough. Both drinks were hot and delicious. The sandwiches was made fresh and filling. Very tasty. I would recommend stopping in and we will definitely be making the drive to visit again.
