This was our first time at the 603 brewery. And it’s pretty safe to say it will be our last. The service was horrible. And the food was definitely not worth the price. My daughter and I both got Caesar salad. That was way overpriced for what you got. The dressing was watered down. My daughter‘s boyfriend got some sort of tacos with barely any meat in them. My husband got a burger that looked very unappealing and had little flavor. The fries were not edible because someone in the kitchen was a little hand heavy on the salt. My fried dough balls were burnt, not really sure how you can mess those up. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. And when my daughter‘s boyfriend went to go check on it he was basically told that the large party that came in took priority. The two beers my husband got were decent. My daughter’s boyfriend got a hard seltzer and they put it in a cup with no ice. Thought that was odd. They have a container out in the dining area with ice water in it. My daughter went up to get some water and the 1st cup had stuff floating around in it. She waited for them to fill up with fresh water . Once they did, she went up to get a cup and realized there was hair floating in it. Quite nasty. Cost us over $100 for basic crap.. We definitely won’t be back. There are much better breweries out there. This would’ve been one star, except for the fact that my husband’s beer was decent.
***UPDATED*** Manager reached out to make it right ,which I thought that was great customer service. He offered a gift card so we could give it another try. He said it was going in the mail the next day. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing . No biggie . My review stands . We will not be back . It was a waste of money . We tried a new place . It’s a little further away . But so worth the extra 10-15 minutes . Fantastic food , great service and great beer. Hubby liked it so much he bought some to take home. Waited over 90 minutes for a salad and all of our other food. Then when we went to ask where is was and got nothing but rude attitude from the girl bar tender. “I told you the food was going to take long” was her response. They gave us our refund and never got our food. “We didn’t realize you never got it and there’s no ticket now.” Every single table around us and that sat after us had gotten food. Bad experience and sadly not my first bad experience at this place. Used to love this place but clearly has gone down hill.

Waited well over an hour for food which was a salad, pizza, and baked potato. When we asked about the time we were met with extreme attitude and ignorance. Will definitely think twice in the future about visiting.

Atmosphere and drinks were great, but they were so overbooked we didn’t even get our food because they just never made it. Sat for an hour and a half and got nothing while other tables that came after us got their food. When we went up to ask where it was the guy told us he was told to tell everyone it’ll take over a hour, but we were never told that otherwise we would’ve left. Very disappointed on the food front. Will only go back for drinks.

First it confusing ordering food. Second the food I got was outrageous. It was nothing like the description. I ordered the charcuterie pretzel. And it came out, it was a pretzel with these large pieces of round Oscar Myers Salome? And it also came with ketchup? A mustard? And some kind of mayo?? No jams, no fruit? It was $23.00??? I have never seen a “charcuterie “ board that was so off of what that means, ever. Never going back!!

Had lunch out with a friend overall it wasn’t bad but I’m not giving five stars for two reasons. One it was a little inconvenient that they didn’t have any waiters that came out to the outside seating area to take your order. You had to go inside to do that. But the second thing was even worse in my opinion. So I paid with a debit card and they attempted to charge me three times for the same amount. I had talked to the manager and she said that it’s not their fault they followed protocol but they’re having problems with their system and have had a lot of complaints with people calling for the same reason that if you pay with a debit card or credit card apparently you may get charged two or three times instead of just once for the same amount. And she said there’s nothing they can do and on top of that she did not offer me any kind of gift card or a coupon for my inconvenience. So if you go there, they do have good food and good beer, but be aware if you pay with plastic and not cash, you may get see multiple charges on your bank statement. So they need to fix this ASAP and do a better job of offering something in return for your inconvenience.

Didn’t know to order food at the bar. Should probably promote that a little more. After waiting for 20 minutes for a waiter we asked someone who looked like a waiter how to order and she said they were real busy so no one was at the front to tell you. Mistake number 2. The food was horrible. I couldn’t eat my sandwich and the nachos were not good. I don’t drink alcohol and the soft drink choices were not good. That being said the beer was excellent according to my beer drinking friends. So…. Unless you are there for the beer, don’t bother.
