I am completely appalled by the owners lack of responsibility, leadership, and simple human kindness. My family has worked here for 20 years. there has always been issues. When my aunt was injured in the job they may have well turned their nose up. They didnt even ask if she was ok. There was no incident report, no care at all provided to an older woman with a gash on her forehead and blood all over the floor. Why support a business like this? This is who these people are. I am writing this review as I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of and bad customer service I received leading up to and the day of my wedding by Mack’s Apples. Ideally, I would have a private conversation with management, but they have proved they have a bad track record at responding to customers when they attempt to contact them. Mack’s apples will always hold a special place in my heart. When I was growing up I used to practice soccer down by the willow tree and pond. A gorgeous place! So when I was looking for a last minute place to get married I instantly thought of this spot. The owners don’t normally hold weddings here but they made an exception for my intimate family gathering. THANK YOU!
