I’ve tried to give this place a fair shake three times now over the span of a year. I’m not exaggerating when I say that this place screams incompetence. Try to order online - you can’t. Try to order a Build Your Own Cravings Box - “it’s not available at this location”. After giving in and paying full price (2.5x what I was anticipating) during my most recent, and definitely last, visit, they still forget 1/4 of the entire order. What they did manage to serve was missing ingredients. I feel badly for the people that work at this location. It will be closed soon, inevitably.

Had really bad experience. Poor customer service. They charged incorrectly and didn’t provide receipt. When asked to refund incorrect item, they denied. Staff’s behavior was very rude. I am very disappointed and not going to visit this place ever again. This was one of the worst taco bell I have ever visited.

The KFC ? is excellent at this location. Taco ? Bell isn't to bad either. Little slow because at the moment there low staffed but that doesn't stop me from going there at least a handful times a month. Food is always hot and super fresh. Very clean ! Highly recommend this KFC and Taco Bell.Parking: Plenty of easy parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair accessible
This place is a disaster. I've had faster service at sit down restaurants than the drive through here. Even if you suffer through the 30-40 minute drive through wait time, you might not even get your correct order.

Every single experience here is painful. They are consistently bad and slow. No matter who is working, no matter how busy they are, they will take 45 mins to make a taco. There are people that want to buy your products and you just can't seem to full the orders.

Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food growing up. But I would not recommend going to this one. No one seems to know what they're doing here. I place an order & they still make it wrong almost every single time. Then they're rude about it when I bring this to their attention. None of the staff seem to be very friendly. Then there's the wait, usually you'll spend 30 min- 1hr sitting in line waiting for your "fast" food, half the people don't want to waste their time once they realize this & just leave. Once you finally get your food, it's not fresh or made well (dried out or still partly frozen & kind of seems like they just slop it all together/halfway wrapped)Therefore, it doesn't taste good.Ever since this Taco Bell opened up in Londonderry it's been a mess. They seem to always have new workers who don't know what they're doing & I don't know if they're not being trained properly or just aren't trying.I go back once in a while to see if it's improved (considering like a said Taco Bell is a family favorite, and this is the closest location to us). But it just never seems to get better.

I stopped by this KFC/Taco Bell today because I was starving. I pulled up to the order board and it was simply "What can I get you?" No hi, hello, or nothing. I pulled to the window to get my food and the cashier opened the window, took my payment and closed the window. Not a word was said to me. She [which I believe her name was Michelle] handed me back my card, drink, and shut the window. When she came back to the window she gave me my food and closed the window and walked off to continue chatting with her co-workers. I sat there and waited. She came back to the window and asked what I needed. I asked her for a receipt. The cashier huffed and then handed me a crushed receipt (where I see the name Michelle on it). Rude service. The Mexican pizza was soaked and just overall a bad experience. Glad I won't have to go back here.

I've been to this location 4 times since moving here 2 years ago. There aren't a lot of fast food options in the area, and I get sick of McDonalds and Wendy's when looking for a quick bite. I'm unlikely to ever visit this location again.All four times I've been, the service has been not just slow, but absolutely unacceptably slow. My most recent visit, yesterday, took over 30 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my order, which was a simple 5 tacos and a burrito, not even supreme. At any other taco bell, this would likely be done in 5 minutes or less, even during the busiest time of day. At this location, all 4 times I've been, this has seemed normal.All four times they told me they were under-staffed. It appears the management here is unwilling to properly staff the restaurant. I honestly think that they should have their franchise revoked, unless they're corporate owned, in which case the management should be fired and replaced.When I got my food, it was acceptable - about as good as normal from Taco Bell. But in 30 minutes I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and had my food and likely been halfway through eating it. There is absolutely no reason for this kind of egregiously poor service.My recommendation: go elsewhere. It's just not worth it.
