I’ve tried to give this place a fair shake three times now over the span of a year. I’m not exaggerating when I say that this place screams incompetence. Try to order online - you can’t. Try to order a Build Your Own Cravings Box - “it’s not available at this location”. After giving in and paying full price (2.5x what I was anticipating) during my most recent, and definitely last, visit, they still forget 1/4 of the entire order. Had really bad experience. Poor customer service. They charged incorrectly and didn’t provide receipt. When asked to refund incorrect item, they denied. Staff’s behavior was very rude. I am very disappointed and not going to visit this place ever again. This was one of the worst taco bell I have ever visited.

Food was decent but everything else was horrendous had to ask for service employees were sitting down joking around out back ignoring the customers and didn't seem too happy to serve us very
