I ordered online, and the app said the food would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived in about 15 minutes. the food wasn't there and when I asked about it, the cashier told me that the transaction was already complete and tried to move along. did not get my biscuit or mac and cheese in my order. i’m extremely disappointed since i spent 15 dollars on this meal. if it wasn’t so far from my house i would go back and get a refund or free food because this is ridiculous. replace the whole staff they are all

This the worst KFC I've ever been to!!!! 3rd time I've gone and got cold food. Then I went in and complained and sat there like. I was going to sit there for a 1/2 hour while they cooked another batch of some chicken before they cooked. Whatever I was eating and then I got some more cold. Food service is absolutely terrible. Order a 12 peice nugget you get 8 pieces, the size of a dime that are cold.
