definitely don’t recommend, I really wanted to like this place, we wanted to try a new place, but the cleanliness (or lack of it) completely ruined the experience. As we were waiting for our orders there was a cone on top of one of the ice creams that we ordered but the worker had taken it off cause she had forgotten the whipped cream we asked for, and set the cone on the dirty table before putting it back on the ice cream again. No gloves, no handwashing, nothing. Even worse, I saw the same workers spill the whipped cream on the counter and pick it up with her bare hands—then she just put it right back on like it was no big deal. Super unsanitary. The portions are tiny for what they charge, and honestly, for the price, I expect way better hygiene and overall quality. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I love Dudley’s Ice cream ! Went for my first one of season . We bounce around different spots but Dudley’s happens to have my top 3 favorite ices cream flavors . Love peppermint! Great spot to park and sit and relax .

Stopped here for the first time, we were wondering why an ice cream shop on a major summer traffic route would be empty on a Saturday afternoon. It didn’t take long to find out. Truly horrible ice cream. No one in my group could stomach more than two bites. Off flavors, poor quality. Immediately left an awful taste in your mouth and many upset stomachs. We threw $20.00 of ice cream in the trash and left. Not sure how you screw up ice cream but this is truly the worst and the service is just as bad.

Never been there before yesterday. Probably won’t go back. It is close to where we are RVing and I was craving ice cream.
Ordered 2 large hot fudge sundaes, one with hard chocolate ice cream, the other with black raspberry. Got a soft serve vanilla for pup. I was handed dog’s ice cream with it spilling out over the edge. No attempt to wipe it off. I ended up licking it off bowl. Had a very weird texture and taste. I asked for sundaes to go and they packed them in spill proof containers. I asked for no nuts on chocolate one. Put nuts on it. Good thing. No allergies. Got them home my husband said his was ok. Mine, the black raspberry ice cream had a very weird aftertaste, artificial. I will go further down the road to Jordan’s next time or Arnies. Better customer service and ice cream 100% better.

We were hoping to hit the jackpot here, but unfortunately the most recent reviews are accurate. Award winning ice cream is a far stretch for the taste buds with these underwhelming flavors. The young ladies at the counter though handle the stressful situations brought on to them by unhappy customers due to quality and mix ups. Great service, terrible ice cream.

well it seems this place has fallen far. we ordered a few meals with a large group of people and several ice creams. while the food was being prepared one would think they would have enough sense to say hey we only have one chicken tender set would you like something different. nope they wait till the food is all ready and hand it out then say oh yea we only had enough for one starting a war amongst the kids who ordered it....... not to mention the french fries for one order took 35 min to get.......the old bag that was inside was extremely rude youd think you have 15 customers ordering things would be treated well but instead we got an attitude at the window for the orders not being ran through like the Olympics.... if you are so worried about two minutes of a 7x12 window being open letting out your AC you would get some system set up to take care of that and not be rude to customers....especially since Jordans Creamery isnt far at all go to jordans in belmont

Ice cream was good but older lady who served us was terrible? super rude the whole time and was scowling the whole time at us we ordered and then realized she had never asked cup or cone and we went to the lady next to her who was not taking orders cause no one was their and we politely asked her to tell her we would like it in a cone and she told the lady but the lady started yelling and saying we should’ve asked and my younger sister was uncomfortable and then when I ordered she was impatient and after we left we could hear her thro the window talking about us and laughing.
