“Sunday mid morning and The Eggshell is full and moving along, coffee is excellent, Crystal our wonderful waitress went above and beyond.. The man in the kitchen cooking the food was sooo nasty. We ordered eggs bene and the eggs were soooo runny I think they hit the water for 3 sec so nasty mushie.. The guy cook was busy rolling his eyes at everything,. 2nd plate eggs and kielbasa, w/ raisin toast.. my gosh another easy plate nope not for this guy.. toast burnt beyond toast , eggs not cooked to scrambled burnt. all of this after an hour wait just for food... What was a staple for Sunday breakfast will now be reconsidered”

“Can’t say enough good things about this place. Friendly staff. So many different sauces to choose from. The Mac and cheese has such a delicious unique flavor, awesome baked beans, brisket, really anything but we just tried the street tacos for the first time today and WOW! These guys are hands down the best in the biz. My only complaint is that they close at 4, I hope they decide to do later hours - at least once a week 🤪 Try them, you won’t regret it!!”

“I have wanted to try this place for so long but I kept forgetting they were here! So today I stopped by and got a Pura Vida bowl and I only wish I would have done so sooner! The girls are very kind and knowledgeable and this is one of the best bowls I've had since being in Texas. It's also filled to the top with incredible flavor and healthy goodness and is better than any other that I've tried before. I also was able to do half acai and half Pitaya, as suggested by the representative at the register, and I'm so happy that I did because those flavors together are incredible!”

Every detail from the food, plating, greeting at the door, smiles from Lindsey, servers like Fiona, chefs like Allister, mixologists like Adam and the wonderful taproom girls Lola and Trish consistently have warm greetings and make it feel like a dear friend is getting you a drink from their bar. I’ve brought many friends to visit, have the delish pizzas and phenomenal craft brews. I’m grateful to know the folks who own and pour their soul into feeding yours. “I can't believe how one slice can satisfy my hunger. The delicious options demands that I have more. Much easier digestion than any other pizzas. I'm in town twice a month, of they are open I go. The reheating instructions were very helpful if you have leftovers or a long car ride home.”
