The only location around me that puts in extra effort with my sweet treat drink I enjoy. Can't recommend them enough.

The workers and manager is extremely disrespectful. No one was fixing an issue with the toaster causing two people to wait for 20 mins. Everyone who ordered after was getting their food and drinks first.

Awful they screw up my coffee every time i figured I'd give it one more chance with this being the third time definitely not going back on my way to work we'll go to another one the management doesn't even seem to care either.
Today they must have had four or five people in working and it still took them almost 10 minutes to get my coffee together in the Drive-Thru and even when they did the whole thing was completely screwed up the time before I told them I wanted the sugar-free flavoring and they overloaded my coffee the last time got food and it came out ice cold

Worst dunkins possibly in the entire state. Rude staff. Closes early . Don't make orders right. Should be shut down. A complete joke of a buisness.

This location has the worst service I have ever got. I've been there 3 times in the afternoon and they have been close. Today they were supposed to be open until 6I got there at 540 and their window was closed. I asked the lady if I could ask her a question and she just gave me disrespectful hand motions and this respectful mouth motions. It was a young lady who was extremely disrespectful. I guess from now on I'll need to go to a different Dunkin' Donuts because I refuse to accept such a disrespect. I hope management addresses it.
The pic ( personal in control ) wrote me up while she was in her pajamas. There's more ill leave it at that.

I went with my coworkers through the drive-through because the front lobby is not open, my buddy got a candy bar latte iced, he said he likes it. I got a macchiato with oat milk and it was frosty on the top. Yay!

Girl at the window was beyond rude! Refused to give me my change, and made me pay for an item that I didn’t order.

Went there today and it was really busy. It’s race weekend so I get it. But the short girl with the long hair was incredibly rude, so was the manager on duty. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Dunkins. It’s messy and awful. I even saw ants while I was there. Someone should call the health inspector on this place. I feel like all the Dunkins around are getting worse.

I went there this morning and this young woman was all alone and did a great job. She kept her cool and waited on people one at a time. I see all these horrible reviews about them, but they are short staffed and have a few bad employees but they have a few good ones. There is a taller woman with glasses, the women from this morning shorter with glasses and dark hair who are always so polite at the window and try really hard to keep their cool. I think they deserve some slack. Most of them are trying their best. Thank you for being there when we need our coffee and donuts.

Went there this morning, I did a mobile order about 25 minutes before I got there. Ordered 2 frozen coffees and 1 frozen hot chocolate. Still waited about 20 more minutes (for a total of about 45minutes) to get our order. Which wasn’t completely correct either. They had chairs places across the lobby so you couldn’t get to the counter unless you pushed your way through. Although, the wait time wasn’t what really bothered me. There was an employee behind the counter swearing, throwing things, yelling at customers. There was an older gentleman, who was hard of hearing, and she was literally yelling at him because he wasn’t understanding what she was saying. It was totally uncalled for! It was absolute chaos and unprofessional! You could see a lot of people were uncomfortable being around such a person! Even though our order was not 100% correct, I was too nervous to correct them. But they really need to do something about getting workers who are able to work under pressure and still have a positive attitude.
The lady behind the counter this morning was screaming, swearing, and yelling at the other workers in the establishment. Yelled out that she couldnt do it. Yelling about the to go mobile orders. A customter gave up on their order and sat down because she started screaming that she couldnt figure out the register and how she should just give it away for free instead. Started KICKING the fridge and other things behind the counter. Then threw a tantrum and started lining chairs up in the lobby to close it. Everyone was uncomfortable being in there. I will travel to concord instead in the future

I stopped at 4:50 today to grab a coffee. Upon walking in, tables and chairs were moved, but a pathway to go to the counter still was present. I did not know nor did the gentleman who was already waiting that the Lobby was closed. There were no signs saying this. It looked like someone might have been cleaning the floor and sliding the tables and chairs. When the girl who was working acknowledged our presence, she was quite rude and did not apologize or anything but spoke very rudely. No customer service skills at all. Also, if the lobby was closed, why was the door to the facility open?
