It’s a bad Dunkin, find another one. Ordered a midnight through the drive though. The gave me regular coffee which sucks. Too bad I didn’t have time to go in and make them give me what I ordered. They are lazy and this is not the first time they have done that. I always tip nicely too. I will go out of my way to go to a different Dunkin.

Worst dunks around had a mobile order for 5 am when they open at 430 got there and the place wasn’t open. Woman at the drive through told me she was the only one there and she couldn’t fill my order, i never got refunded on a 8 dollar order even after contacting the regional manager she told me to show them the email and they would refund me but they wouldn’t honor it, place sucks

Everytime i come to this dunkin the wait is awful. It’s almost like they have no one working at all. doesn’t matter, you’ll be waiting 15+ minutes for the 1 thing you ordered. Went there today and there were teens working in their PAJAMAS! When i worked at dunkin we had a dress code. Maybe this one just doesn’t care. Not to mention they’re just extremely rude. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

Iv tried to give the management the benefit of the doubt for months now. My coffee is almost always wrong in some way. This morning my latte didn’t have any espresso in it. The food orders are wrong and/or burnt. I have to order my on the go 20 min in advance for it will actually be prepared by the time I arrive. By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Management here needs to be replaced or seriously improved and needs to be able to hire quality employees and train them well.

If stale espresso is your favorite drink of the day or if you feel like emptying the contents of your stomach, then come on down to ghetto Dunkin in Loudon, NH! They will ensure your espresso tastes like fresh trash. They will charge you signature lattes when you didn't even order it. Top it off with non-existent customer service to boot!! So if you have plenty of money and patience to waste, then come on down.

By far the longest wait time I’ve ever been it doesn’t matter the day. It doesn’t matter if there’s two cars ahead of you it’s still 10 minutes to pick up a mobile order. I don’t dare order the food anymore since it’s mostly wrong. Don’t add anything extra because you will not get it. 22 minutes in drive-through line today. Seriously, just go to any other location

Took about 8 minutes for the car in front of me to get her second beverage, and then another 5 minutes for me to get my hot chocolate which was like lightly chocolated water. $7.13 for two glazed donuts and colored water. I don't normally stop, but thought I would treat myself....lesson learned.

Staff are great and work their tails off to provide the best service to customers but are paid poverty wages by CAFUA management who are a multimillionaire family that own 200 Dunkin’s franchises. They pay low wages and include tips in the $16hr they advertise. As if they are responsible for tips and tips are certain. Crap benefits and don’t even think about taking a sick day. This is why we need unions as the workers at Dunkin’s are exploited by the wealthy owners. Labor laws are a joke in the us and the rich exploit the working poor!

There was a review i saw rhat said the manager is great, thats SO true. but the employees?? not so much. they are extremely RUDE. They always get my order wrong , and its a signature drink.. The staff doesnt seem to be trained too well, and again, just flat out rude. they walk away when you are talking to them. they get upset if you ask for your things to be remade if its wrong. i could understand the frustration but theyre extremely hostile everytime. not to mention, my food is ALWAYS frozen. Its just a bad dunkin all around
