I love this place for Sunday breakfast! The food is always delicious and the service is outstanding. If the breakfast casserole is the special, definitely check it out!

We love Sunday brunch, and our usual place, a sister restaurant to this one, was very crowded so we decided to try the Eggshell. It's small, and the menu isn't as extensive as the Circle but the food was marvelous. Our waitress was a sketch. They were slammed, since it was Mother's Day, but she kept filling my husband's coffee cup. We'll definitely be back. Thanks!!

My wife and I stopped in this morning while on a quick weekend getaway. The food was really great, better than what I expected not knowing. I got the Irish eggs Bennie’s and my wife got the Biscuits and gravy, both were very good. The bacon is really good and the coffee is also very tasty. The portions are very generous as I couldn’t even finish all the home fries which were very good as well. Our food came out quickly. Our waitress wasn’t the friendliest but she’s only human. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend The Egg shell.

It's a good neighborhood breakfast joint. The menu isn't terribly creative, but all the items I and my family have tried have been tasty and well-made.

As a motorcyclist,I find it is also a terrific launch point to a day of rising in the lakes region.

My husband and I decided to stop at the Eggshell Restaurant on a whim, and we’re so glad we did! He had the Irish Benedict and Biscuits and Gravy and said they were the best he’s ever had. I got the special pumpkin bread with eggs, and everything tasted so fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was good, service was good but breakfast shouldn't take an hour+ to come out. Not sure if they were down staff but it wasn't that busy when we went. Would go again if in the area.

Couldn't tell you if the food was good or not since we never got to order. My husband and I walked in and no one ever greeted us.
The restaurant was cute, but old fashioned, which is ok. They had maybe 3 other tables they were serving, so they weren't very busy.
I kept looking over at the women behind the counter to alert to them that we'd like some menus, but they looked away, acting like we weren't there.
After our frustration after about 12 minutes of being ignored, a server walked up to the side of us, still not looking at us or acknowledging that we were there, I turned around to ask if anyone was going to come over for menus. She quickly snapped back and said she was handling other tables.
As she started to give us menus, I told her not to bother. We really didn't feel welcome, and decided to leave. She took back the menus, without apolozing or to even try to explain, but quickly walked away from us as to express that she didn't want to serve us anyway.
I'm sure the food may had been good, but the service was so bad, we didn't stay to find out.
As we walked out, after seeing what happened, one of the ladies said- "thank you for coming.". I told her she needed better service as I walked out the door.
My husband and I aren't that picky, and completely understand if servers are busy. We we felt very strongly that they ignored us.
We only live about 10 minutes away, but I can guarantee, we won't be back.

Small town greasy spoon that always hits the spot. The specials on the whiteboard always are a hit! My go to spot when I don't want to make breakfast on the weekends

I've been going here for years while visiting family. Always a go to. New ownership which is not my issue. My issue is the sign as always please seat yourself. We sat at our table (a party of 4). The male hostess was rude and asked us to move. We didn't mind moving, he could have said it differently. As our meal went on, he was rude again to an older couple. The couple turned around and left.

Place was neat and clean, the server was GREAT! She greeted us with a smile and checked in with our table several times for warms ups etc.
Food was hot, tasty, reasonably priced and the portions were well worth the money.
Happy we stopped in… Will be back the next time we are in the area..
