“I'm not a fan of bread but my partner loves it, so here we are; that being said, my goodness Hop Knot is YUM. The pretzel texture is so chewy-soft like mochi but far from undercooked, still firm. Exactly what I craved to sink my teeth into.Thank you to Gerald/Jerry(? I'm so sorry) and Kenny for being so warm and welcoming. I had a great time devouring the VegHead pretzel pizza, and pretzel hotdog with a red ale, and for dessert Cinnamon Sugar pretzel. For dipping, Kenny recommended House Maple Cream, and wow it was so delicious! Subtly sweet and whipped!There was a curious "cheesecake" beer that really tasted creamy, reminded me of a cherry Danish pastry. Also, there are board games available at the front entrance! Very clean restrooms too! Favorited this spot to come again ?“
“We ate dinner in their dining room tonight, and our party of 4 enjoyed the meatloaf, the fish and chips, and 2 got a Cobb salad with chicken added. The food come out hot, fresh, and delicious! Our waitress was so friendly, was attentive, and we liked the casual comfort atmosphere. We will definitely be back, and recommend this great place to friends and family.“
“My son and I decided to check out this new restaurant-so glad we did! We were seated at a high table in the bar area. I really like the atmosphere at Foundation. Our servers were very pleasant and helpful with our questions. Being craft beer drinkers, we were pleased with the selection. In fact, I was delighted to be able to enjoy a pint of Wormtown's Blizzard of 78-one of my favorite winter brews. There is a full bar. Rob & I shared all the food we ordered so we could sample a wide variety. All were excellent. We had Braised Short Ribs, Arancini, Pecan Pear Salad, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, and still had room to share a Snickers Dessert. Since we were sharing, all of our selections came out from the kitchen split, which was a nice touch. I am looking forward to returning to Foundation kitchen + bar in the near future.“

“Amazing ! It was a girls night out, and I have always wanted to check this place out. So glad It was my turn to pick. From the minute you walk in. The atmosphere was much more than expected. It had a beautiful bar area and the sitting area with lightning is perfect. The entire restaurant was spotless. The staff was so pleasant and attentive. The BEST part - the FOOD !! Wow - delicious!!! The 6 of us ordered an array of appetizers, great draft beers and dinners. We all loved what we had, not one complaint from 6 woman is unheard of. We can't wait to go back and try the amazing looking deserts. We were all too full. This is a place to stop at, you won't regret it !!!“
“I didn't know what to expect here but it was a great time. You would think it's hard to get the spin down but you pick it up real fast and it was a blast. The owner, his son, and the front desk person are A1! They know how to take care of people. It's a go-back place for sure!“
