Burger King in Manchester

“Went to this location on Friday night January 24th it was 9 degrees outside and it was 11pm so the dining room was closed and our work truck didn’t fit through the drive through. We walked up to the drive through window and the girl taking orders was extremely friendly and helpful even though we scared the crap out of her. They made us all fresh food that was absolutely perfect and fresh! She was so kind to us after we had just finished a 5 hour shift in the freezing cold. One of my best late night experiences for fast food ever!! Keep up the excellent service and quality!!“

“I don't eat at Burger King very often. I was blown away by the freshness of the food! The burger came out exactly as I ordered it and the fries were hot and fresh. Although the kiosk was available, they were willing to take orders at the register. The only downside is if you intend on using cash, they don't take cash. Cashier was very friendly. Overall, it was a refreshing fast food experience to write about.“

“It's Burger King and expectations are low. I prefer the food over McDonald's but it always takes forever to get your food. I drive a truck that is too big to go through the drive-through and counter customers are always last to be attended to. This particular location is reasonably fast and seems to be a lot better than some other BK's. Not sure what BKs issue is but everything behind the counter always seems like disorganized chaos.“

“Burger King isn't one of my favorites but this location is. There's a manager here that makes all the difference. If you have ever gone here you likely know who I mean. He's there everytime I've gone in the last year or more and he has a very distinctive voice. He's great on drive-thru and when he's not taking orders there's always issues but luckily he's rarely not there. This man deserves a raise I wouldn't go to this or any BK if not for this man whose name I don't even know. Also when he's not in drive thru it always seems to be someone who doesn't speak English well which I get people that don't speak English well need jobs too but it's frustrating for both of us when neither of us is being understood through the drive-thru speaker. All in all this location should be call THE Burger King and it's one man that makes it great, I literally drive away when I don't hear his voice now haha“
