Absolutely horrible place. I ordered a chicken sandwich, a vanilla shake and a half fry / half onion ring. I never received the half fry / onion ring, and when I reached out to their customer service (it was a mobile order picked up in the drive thru) they refused to do anything other than offer me a coupon. And I do not want a coupon from them, as the half of the cold, old tasting sandwich I did eat made me sick. I wanted a refund for the item they did not provide, yet charged me for, and they offer a coupon. Not acceptable. The food was disgusting, I am definitely NEVER going back.

The Jack O'Lantern Whopper was spectacular and the Monster sundae was amazing!

I wish I grabbed a name, but there is a woman with colored hair at this location that is just amazing! They get the order right just about every time!

We went through the driveway post gym. We were looking for something ‘healthy’ so we ordered and it was a small fortune $32. Anyway after I got over the sticker shock I pulled up to the window and Wallace was there with a friendly smile. I was surprised because I could clearly hear over my music the man in the car ahead being loud with him. He was fast, friendly and efficient! Then I begged for ketchup because my ketchup loving family doesn’t have any. He gave us more than enough! Thank you, Wallace! We are down the street and will now be frequent flyers!!! 👍❤️

I ordered the Barbecue Brisket Whopper. It had only a tiny amount of ketchup on it, and was so salty it tasted like someone spilled a whole salt shaker on it! It had no barbecue taste whatsoever! Also, there was no trash barrel!

Just when you think BK couldn't get any worse they turn around and have 11 year old girls washing cars in bathing suits. The manager spends his day staring out the window and always has at least one hand in his pocket at a time. What a creep.
