Recently I have been trying a bunch of local American Chinese Restaurants trying to chase a high. A few months ago, my friend moved to Manchester, NH and he told me that on his first night he ordered from a random place and thought it was the best Chinese food he had ever eaten. When I visited, I insisted that we order takeout so that I could experience this apparent masterpiece.
