I don't eat at Burger King very often. I was blown away by the freshness of the food! The burger came out exactly as I ordered it and the fries were hot and fresh. Although the kiosk was available, they were willing to take orders at the register. The only downside is if you intend on using cash, they don't take cash. Cashier was very friendly. Overall, it was a refreshing fast food experience to write about.
Brenna has the perfect best customer service. I came in drunk she knew what I needed without asking, and she went beyond and above to make sure I was okay she deserves a raise and to be promoted. if I was a business owner I would be proud to have her as my employee.
Meal was good but cashier didn't pay attention or listen to my order. I ordered an original chicken sandwich lettuce only. He repeated back to me, no mayo, I said no mayo, lettuce only. When the sandwich was up, I was handed an original chicken sandwich with no lettuce. Pay attention to your customers when they order. Food was good when the sandwich was remade from scratch, but shouldn't have had to have done that. Just got the sandwich as I didn't want the fries...
