I used to live rite next door and it was awesome they use to come rite in if we couldn't hear them knocking well within the last month called again caz what I got and paid for was a slap in the face it looked like it was under heat lights for a berry king time and I ordered just one plate nothing xtra and it almost came to $30 plus delivery and it was my first time ever to call and tell them was told well dont order from here and hung up on me and called a few minutes ago the guy was making it seem that I'm stupid and dont no where I ordered from well that was the only one I was using up until this and again hung up on me which is pretty horrible customer service and was snapping at me that it couldn't have been them well I'mnot old haven't lost my mind yet and I use a card usually so u really wanna go there when all I've got to do is get my bank records whose gonna look like a fool now banks statements do lie it's n black n white but I was soo unhappy with my food and service and to be talked to like that is sooooooo wrong and not right especially when it was my favorite place to order from and to be hung up on not rite or professionalSo please dont complain ull get hung up on and wont believe you eitherSo good luckIt wont happen a 3rd time that's for sure!!!

I ordered the pork fried rice lunch combo that came with beef teriyaki and chicken fingers. The rice is bland, although the food arrived nice and hot. Decent portion size, beef teriyaki was good.

I Loved it! I had the Chicken Chow Mein, crab rangoons and chicken wings for dinner. The food is good, it has less vegetable flair than other Chinese restaurants since they are old-style Chinese but tasty none the less and will be ordering from there again. From what I could see their kitchen was very clean and organized.

Ordered 2 Fried rice lobster sauce sm. chicken wing and sm. chicken teriyaki it was $56. The food was not good. Rice tasted funny, chicken teriyaki dry, lobster sauce salty. First and last time eating here. Going back to Bamboo!!

Lo mein was a little disappointing, very oniony. Chicken was salty, but good. Crab rangoons were a different style from what I'm used to, smaller, crunchier, with a sweet filling. Pretty cheap with the combo being about $10 after tax.Inside was sad. There is a large turtle housed in a cloudy tank with barely enough room for the thing to turn around. I didn't want to see that.If you're in the area and want some chinese. it's not terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it.

So I called to place an order for takeout read him my card number we hung the phone up here immediately calls back to tell me that I have no money card has been declined and hang the phone up. I called back to say there must have been a mistake can we please try running it again and he proceeded to tell me your card has no money it has been declined. His customer service is very poor and will scream at you stating that you have no money. Horrible customer service all I did was want him to retry so I could get my food and the screaming just was not necessary.Kid-friendliness: First of all you don't scream at your customers. Especially when there spending money in your establishment. A simple pole mistake in his end turned into me not getting what I want instead if re-trying...

This place will not win any prize for its ambiance or decor but if you can get beyond that I think the food is very good, as is the service and value One of the only Chinese restaurants in the area that I'm aware of to offer Wor Dep Har, hands down my favorite Oriental dish! (Jumbo shrimp wrapped in bacon, in a tangy sauce. Sooo yummy...) Have been there several times over the years... never disappointed!

Ordered 2 large beef rice and got lomeins instead. Called to get it fixed on one of them since only one person was okay with lomein they said yes 5 mins and i go there and they send me back home to get the lomein they mistakenly made. Terrible service and non considerste of the otber food getting cold while dealing with the mistake.
