I’m a Canadian living in New England and haven’t had a truly satisfying poutine in YEARS. Finally made it to Chez Vachon after seeing them on tv. I knew as soon as I saw a picture of their poutine that it was the real deal, the one that’s been missing from my life… and it was everything I had hoped and dreamed of.
