The flavor and the ability to mix common dinner entrees with macaroni is awesome to savor. Each time I go, I try a new dish and as mentioned, I have been disappointed even once.

Even management played a part in the overall experience. The way I witnessed management talk to and push the employees was great, and you can tell that the employees are happy - and appreciate the level of respect they are given. Kudos to management.“

“We ate dinner in their dining room tonight, and our party of 4 enjoyed the meatloaf, the fish and chips, and 2 got a Cobb salad with chicken added. The food come out hot, fresh, and delicious! Our waitress was so friendly, was attentive, and we liked the casual comfort atmosphere. We will definitely be back, and recommend this great place to friends and family.“

“My girlfriend and I had an amazing dinner last evening at Hanover Street Chophouse. I have been wanting to come here for a very long time but just never made it. I am very pleased to say it did not disappoint in any way from the time that we arrived until we departed. The valet service, our hostess and Matt our server were all truly amazing. The food from appetizers to desserts was unbelievable! The portions are very generous and our steaks and rest of our meal was cooked to perfection. Hats off to the chef! “Called as soon as place opened for the day to make a reservation for Monday evening. Hostess put me on hold, told me first available to sit is 7:45 pm tonight. Little late for kids to wait at home, so we had dinner elsewhere and came to sit at bar and have a night cap and desert. When we came in there close to six staff crowded behind the Maitre D's station. We asked if we could sit at the bar. They said no problem, then one of the staff followed behind us at a distance. Maybe to make sure we got to the bar? There was only one bartender and she was very busy. There were 11 people at the bar. So took awhile for bartender to get to us. My wife ordered a drink, I ask for a decaf expresso with a shot of Ameretto. Bartender gave me a great pour of almoretto in a snifter glass. The decaf regular coffee came few minutes later. I was hoping for expresso at a place like this but, whatever. The one bartender seemed to get into a quiet disagreement with a manager. We ordered the pumpkin cheesecake which was amazing. The building is amazing, deserts amazing also. But service, and staff planning is just not up to what I was hopeing for.“

“My son took me here for my Birthday last night. The food was far better than I was expecting. We both had the Prime Rib and it was tender, melt in your mouth goodness. The service was excellent, and the Line dance, by the staff, in the aisle was a great addition. I have eaten in a lot of steak houses in the Southwest and this ranks with the best. Great Job, I will be back.“

She took out two boys on a tour of the kitchen and made them feel so important. A this was a huge night for our whole family! Thank you so much Holly and the rest of the staff at the longhorn for turning what would have been a rough night into a great dinner out. We really can’t thank you enough!
