Mangia Italian Restaurant offers scratch-made Italian cuisine and an exceptional dining experience. Families are welcome, and the staff accommodates large groups while keeping children entertained. The well-curated wine list and made-to-order dishes ensure a satisfying meal. It is a hidden gem with exceptional service.
The antipasto appetizer is plentiful and delicious. The Vitello Popolo is superb, and the chef's homemade Ricotta Pie is one of the best. The service is excellent, with food prepared fresh and well worth the wait. Mangia has a full service bar, and the Traditional Bruschetta is a favorite, with amazing fresh basil and light & fluffy bread.
Fantastic Fettucini Alfredo, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, Tagliatelle Bolognese, and classic Cheese Ravioli are available. The Alfredo sauce is the best, paired with grilled chicken. Portions are healthy-sized and filling. Mangia maintains its place as a top Italian restaurant in Manchester with reasonable prices.
The food is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet with Italian music playing in the background. The chef takes pride in the meals they prepare, and the new server, Meghan, is very attentive, fun, and helpful. Mangia is a true hidden gem, and the made-to-order food is worth the wait, despite the minimally-padded seating.
