I had an awful experience at the Second St location. The quality has really gone downhill there. My brownie cup was one big solid cold chunk, like a hockey puck, and was carelessly thrown into the cup. On top of that, the ice cream was melted like water and leaked through the cheap cup and lid, spilled all over my pants just minutes after picking it up at the drive through.

Horrible service. Ordered through DoorDash but wasn’t an option to pick the chicken tossed in bbq sauce so I called and they said they couldn’t do that. Dumb. So I asked to speak to manager and he said the same thing and when I asked whom I was speaking too he hung up. Will be avoiding this place from now on. I don’t see why they couldn’t just toss the chicken in some fricken sauce

What a terrible experience here tonight. I decided to take my kids after their flu shots. We go in and I mention to the cashier that my daughter has a nut allergy. She was great. Very friendly and kind. One of the managers comes over and proceeds to berate her in front of everyone saying “who told you to enter an allergy in like that?!?!
