Yeah I love being called a white girl and everyone laughing at me while I’m picking up my food! Apparently you have to be a certain color to eat here. I ordered an half chicken meal with yellow rice and this doesn’t look like half a chicken to me!
Unfortunately what I ordered, which was fried chicken with plantains, was not good, chicken was not seasoned, and overcooked, plantains were too thick, I wound up throwing the whole meal in the garbage.
Went there with a friend during my visit of the area. The first impression up entrance wasn’t impressive, but the food was great. Realized that it’s a Dominican restaurant after a bit chat with the server.
