Worst run Dunkin’ I ever seen.\\nEvery time I go there it’s a min. Of 10 min to get a normal coffee. Today was over 20 min. Every time we go to the one on the corner of Lakeview ave and Mammoth RD it's dirty. I've complained several times and got nothing. Its obvious that management and the employees don't care. It's disrespectful to their patrons. The coffee is always good but doesn't make up for the cleanliness of the place. I guess it's Top Donut from now on.

I honestly can't understand how a business that's been open for so long can consistently run out of stuff needed to run a place on a daily basis. I can't even count how many times they've run out of stuff needed to make coffees. Today I go in and they're out of all large cups. How the heck do you run out of large cups when you get shipments in almost daily? Blows my mind how horribly run they are.
