The afternoon is worse than the morning. Took 10 minutes to take my order at the drive thru....then had to wait another 6 minutes to get the coffee from the pick up window.
They take one order...make that order...give the order to customer. And so on...
13 minutes to get a coffee and 2 wake up wraps. Never changed gloves after handling a mop, money, garbage and also eating. Won't be returning to this location until DD fixes the problems. Side note: at least a half dozen flies hanging out on doughnuts. All food and beverage went into the trash!
I don't know if it was just an off day for them but I have never encountered so many rude people all in one place, before. The only bright side is my coffee was made right.
