Can I leave 0 stars? This is literally the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to - and I’ve been to many. The service takes FOREVER, even when you order ahead. You can see the employees standing around chatting, but no one comes to the window when you’re at the drive through and no one comes to the counter when you’re inside. I thought this might be a one-off, but after multiple terrible experiences, I needed to leave a review. Your food will be cold by the time you get it because they can’t be bothered to actually give it to you once it’s made.

Most of the staff is irresponsible and target customers who on regular basis, even if they don’t do any mess staff who works targets individuals and cuss them whenever they take order .. whenever the new comer staff person joins she particularly goes and tell them to harass the customer during their visit and she has to be fired along with few more folks .. she has made customer experience worst when they sit in store or walk in towards store

I have only stopped in this location once or twice, but I accidentally ordered a DoorDash order to myself instead of my mother. I don’t care much for her coffee, but I was getting it anyways lol.. I called to ask if they would mind switching the way it’s made because of this and the manager (morning manager I spoke with) was super understanding and was happy to change my order! Even apologized! I had to say “it wasn’t you, this was 100% my mistake, thank you so much for this!” He could have easily told me no. And I would have completely understood, it was definitely my mistake, and most dunks today don’t care about customer service and are very rude especially when a customer asks for them to fix the customers mistake!! I will forever go to this dunks even if it’s out of my way now!!!

I've never left a review for a DD's until randomly stopping to get a glazed donut from this one. This was by far the best tasting glazed donut I've had from any dunks. On par with the freshest Krispy Kreme honestly.

The only reason I gave them two stars is because they couldn't mess up the donuts. My hash browns were still cold and my sandwich was soggy. They can't make a coffee to save their lives. I'm never coming back here.
