I went in to use the bathroom they let me in my boyfriend went in after to try and use the bathroom and one of the guys that was working told him that he had to buy something watching him walk to the bathroom as well as starring him down my boyfriend felt like he was being racist was totally rude

Went through the drive thru today and ordered an off menu item that I get at other Dunkins. Asked for a Bacon Avacado toast - sub the toast for an English Muffin. Pretty simple. Their response? I can't do that for you. I can give an English Muffin with the Avacado on the side and you'll have to put the Avacado on yourself. Why? Because the Avacado toast comes on the toast. Ok. Well thank you. That doesn't even make sense. I'll go somewhere else.

I was waiting in line for my morning coffee. It’s 430am and they are the only 24 hour Dunkin’s that I know of around the area. But although the hours are great, the service can be good one day, and terrible the next. The people who work the drive through have been short or rude when taking my order. And even got mad at me because I asked for them to remake my coffee when it was done improperly. Hope this location can get it together

Manchester st Dunks is the worst! Why i should have to fix the mess ups that go on there. Customers comming to us cause some wanna be radio guy is disrespectful, and messed up on there orders. Some who was going there know this Tom by name. And say how rude he is when they ask for there 2nd, 3rd remate cause he messed it up. Manchester st is not the one to go to. There should be a class for worker who don't know how to do there Jobs. Tom, why you work there? Last as hell!!!!!

This is a very nasty place in comparison to other drunken donuts.. They literally put people to sleep while in store drinking coffee. Talk about strangeness. This woman in foot is a thief, not sure if she is the manager..but she served me a coffee that tasted like bath water with soap.. About 10 min after I had my coffee I starred to feel drowsy. I fell of the chair I was sitting at and hit my nose on the floor. Stay away from this location or any drunken donuts, or they put you to sleep as if you were a dog..as I intend to sue them..
I need to take the time to talk about this Dunk's! The food and drinks are consistently great. The staff is awesome, friendly and professional! Special shout out to Melissa, Tammy and Ricky! I had another Dunk's give me an undrinkable mess that was a large so it wasn't cheap. I was telling Tammy how bad it was and that I had to walk all they way back to fix it. She made me the correct coffee for free. THANK YOU! CMC Dunk's owes you guys! .......it made my whole day. I had been at the hospital for tests. I got a ride home, so I hadn't opened the coffee yet. I was in pain and disappointed. So, Tammy made my day about a half hour later. All the staff chats if it's not too busy and they are just so nice, kind and take pride in their place. Thanks guys!!!!
