I was waiting in line for my morning coffee. It’s 430am and they are the only 24 hour Dunkin’s that I know of around the area. But although the hours are great, the service can be good one day, and terrible the next. The people who work the drive through have been short or rude when taking my order. And even got mad at me because I asked for them to remake my coffee when it was done improperly. Hope this location can get it together

I need to take the time to talk about this Dunk's! The food and drinks are consistently great. The staff is awesome, friendly and professional! Special shout out to Melissa, Tammy and Ricky! I had another Dunk's give me an undrinkable mess that was a large so it wasn't cheap.
I was telling Tammy how bad it was and that I had to walk all they way back to fix it. She made me the correct coffee for free. THANK YOU! CMC Dunk's owes you guys! .......it...

I like stopping by here, but the other day one of your employees showed me a special kindness. I don't want to go into details but this person went out of their way to make sure that I stay satisfied and come back.
