I drink coffee and i like cold brew but for whatever reason this Dunkins cold brew is always harsh and bitter. I give up going here when the other dunks right down the streets cold brew taste like heaven but yet this dunkins cold brew taste like coffee grounds. Something wrong with your coldbrews.

Dunkin' offers friendly and speedy service, with kind drive-thru staff. Parking can be challenging during peak hours, but the restaurant makes up for it with its efficient service. The DD app allows customers to place orders and skip the line, earning points for free menu items. The staff is known for being friendly and welcoming, with some locations even offering treats for pets. However, some customers have experienced unprofessional behavior from certain employees. Overall, Dunkin' is a convenient and enjoyable spot for a quick bite or coffee.
