Highly interactive with each other and the customers. Super patient with some of the more difficult customers.. they make everyone feel welcome and seen. Especially most of the morning crew. They refer to most customers on a first name basis and make small talk so people feel seen and cared about. Gave this spot multiple chances after getting literally 0 of the sweetening liquid for probably one of the simplest drinks they have. This is the 3rd time in a row that its happened to me so, unfortunately, I do not recommend this location.
Wow, order a hot latte, drive off- and find it's only lukewarm. I don't know how you can have a lukewarm latte unless it's incorrectly done with cold milk. Donuts are great, but they should be doing everything in the right direction.
