Ordered off of Grubhub and feel like I was mislead. Decided to try something new and feel like I got screwed out of $40. When ordering an appetizer meal it doesn't come with rice or noodles so the only option was almost $11 for pork fried rice. When it arrived I had two full containers of pork fried rice more than i wanted or needed it should have been half the price for one container. The rice was 100% reheated there was cold spots while I was eating it. Nothing to the rice aside from pork. All of the appetizers Chicken fingers, beef teriyaki, crab Rangoon seemed like they just re-fried them again quick after they had been sitting you can tell cause they look over cooked and dried out. The beef teriyaki was probably the grossest I've ever had, I instantly spit it in the trash. Grubhub had this place listed at a 4.6 out of 5. Completely deceived and dissapointed. Forcing the customer to basically buy 2 things of rice making it seem like it's just one normal size is a deceitful tactic to grab more money from the customer should have been half the price for one containerUnfortunately I won't be ordering from here again, be wary of all the excellent reviews on delivery apps they are clearly hiding the less than perfect ones.

Decent local Chinese food, friendly staff, bar is limited if you're looking for specific alcohols. We get take out from them often, this was the first dine in experience.

I have been eating at this restaurant for 20+ years and have never experienced what I had last evening. Myself and two other diners went to Happy Garden for dinner. We have had the same waitress everytime until last night. To start our dining experience we waited a good 20 minutes for the waitress to come to our table or serve water, we were the only diners at the time aside from some folks at the bar. Our food was delivered plate by plate in between smoke breaks. Her scent of "recent dirty ashtray" only added to our ambiance. Because the entire time we were dining the folks at the bar, about 10 including the bartender which was our waitress, were going in and out smoking right outside the door. A cloud of smoke would float in to our table everytime the door opened. This would leave us dining in a dirty ashtray, disgusting and, for a person with cancer, compromising to everyones health. I doubt the health department would approve. We will continue to order from Happy Garden but moving forward it will be strictly take out. Really, really disgusting experience.
We always enjoy our time here, whether it's a sit down at the bar or a table full of friends we always have a positive experience. The food and drinks are always top notch.
