Found this restaurant on TikTok while I was visiting from out of town. Staff was so amazing!!!! We had a wonderful waiter who was patient with us and recommended some amazing dishes. The food was delicious I do not eat meat, so I opted for the seafood and it was so good. Everything was fresh and the wait time wasn't bad at all. I will definitely be back.

Food was really good Bartender seemed busy with her regulars So was left feeling like we were an inconvenience there ( we sat at the bar )

Went there a few years ago the fish was excellent and very very fresh. That's what makes it so good seatings a little cramped but it's worth it to walk a couple doors down and you go to the Palace theater. Very nice combo.

Our favorite restaurant in downtown Manchester - especially when celebrating special occasions. Best. Fish. Tacos. The Seafood Cioppino is also delicious. Food is on the pricier side but it's worth every bite!

Absolutely amazingly delicious food, from app to entree and a great atmosphere. Apparently reservations are recommended but we snuck in just as they opened and sat at the bar...

Very good seafood, but is usually kind of crowded and noisy. It is a good place to have dinner before a show at the Palace Theater or the Rex.

In town for business and randomly picked here. I'm happy I did!Service was quick at the bar but even though they were busy I wasn't rushed. The bartender was nice and friendly.Prices were extremely fair to me.The food was great! I can't complain. Ordered the avocado and blackened shrimp app and lobster roll, all delicious. I consider myself a coleslaw snob and it was yummy. If I'm ever in the neighborhood I'd definitely make an effort to go back.Parking: Very limited street parking but there's a garage across the street. Prices were fair.

Irresponsibly run. They overserve drunks. Took a date here Friday for dinner. The food was fine, etc., though my date noted early on the young couple next to her were slurring, but were being given additional mixed drinks. This went on for some time and the young man began to get sloppy and over-friendly. Finally the older woman who identified as the owner rung them out. When we complained that the situation had been rather obvious for some time, and the man was served after he had had enough, she told us "Don't worry- He's not driving!" (No way she could have known this.. and of course drunks never lie about that sort of thing.) When we pressed her she stated she was "doing her best".

Hmmm...an excellent seafood restaurant in downtown Manchester, NH with great service? Of course! That's Hooked. Treat yourself to it on a cold night after a snowstorm. We did and thoroughly enjoyed it. First, get a reservation. Especially on show nights at the Palace next door. Our party of four was seated promptly, on time in a busy, noisy, full room on a Wednesday evening. The waitress was there immediately for drink orders. And that attentive, friendly service lasted throughout the meal. Food: superlatives rule. The menu isn't huge, It's 90% seafood with enough "other" to keep those diners happy. Here's the verdicts on 4 different dishes Seafood Cioppino: A+. A hearty seafood stew. The broth perfectly enhanced the flavorful mussels and clams. Perfect for bread dunking (which you need to ask for?). The King's Bowl: A. A surf & turf entree in a flaky tortilla bowl. The steak tips were tender, in spite of being a bit more than well done. (Be sure to state your preference). Seafood was top notch. Chicken Piccata: B. On the bland side. Could use more lemon, but capers were quite good. Seafood Mixed Grill: A. Salmon was moist with no fishy taste. Scallops were enormous but somehow a bit tasteless. Shrimp were great and enormous. Sometimes big shrimp can be tough, but not these as they were perfectly cooked. The star of the show has to be the colossal shrimp that lived up to their billing. Thematically, every dish needed a seasoning helping hand. I'm all for letting seafood's inherent taste to shine, yet the risk of borderline bland is close at hand at Hooked. Dessert? Of course! Smooth, creamy tiramisu was gone in moments! We tried one of the many cheesecake choices, blueberry banana. Again, we missed what should have been the signature taste. It tasted like cheesecake and no flavor of blueberries or banana. Hooked appears to be successful and rightly so. Expect great seafood, you won't be disappointed. Pricing is spot-on and service was way above expectations.

So so good! Stopped in for a light lunch. Avocado bowl appetizer flavors amazing! Fish tacos also very good. Service was great as well! Never had an empty water glass!

Great place for a midweek drink & appetizer. Good size bar, friendly & knowledgeable bartenders, one of the few offering fresh oysters still a buck a schuck! 2-5 pm. The muscles were way above average, nice red sauce, brushetta style with toasted bread ready to soak up leftover sauce. Local pub feel, a nice bar. Have to book dinner soon.
