We tried The Potato Concept for the first time today and I don’t have enough positive vocabulary to fully encapsulate how much we enjoyed our experience. Brandon was incredibly welcoming and well prepared to invite us in for our first visit. He gave us plenty of valuable information to be able to pick the perfect potato for ourselves. I tried the Porky Pig and my sister went with The Classic. Both potatoes were equally delicious and beautiful.

Staff was extremely friendly, tons of options to choose from and great quality of the food. A weak spot, but certainly worth the visit. The vegetarian chili option was appreciated, with generous portion sizes and excellent service.
