Great drinks and the open mic nights here are a delight!

Absolutely outstanding experience at Hopknot! This LGBTQ-friendly pretzel bar truly knows how to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Their pretzels are a perfect blend of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with creative toppings that elevate the classic treat to new heights. The beer draft selection is impressive, featuring a well-curated mix of local brews and craft favorites that pair beautifully with their pretzels. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, making each visit feel personalized and enjoyable. Whether you're coming for a casual snack or a night out with friends, Hopknot is a must-visit destination that combines great food, exceptional beer, and an incredibly welcoming environment.

What a chill spot led by a super dude named Jared! Loved the pizzas! And his relaxed way of making great libations! Highly recommend.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place has terrible service, I asked for a drink twice and never got one. Pretzels were still frozen in the middle, almost broke a tooth taking the first bite. Waiters/bartenders seem very cliquey and were only attending to people they seemed to know. Also any event they host takes FOREVER to start; they advertise something starts at 10:00 and doesn’t actually begin until after 11:00. Almost every bar in Manchester out matches this place, not worth the visit.

There is no place quite like The Hop Knot. You're among friends even if you're new. The entertainment is great, Bards on the Rocks is my new favorite thing, and the owner is a righteous dude. <- if you got that reference, this place is for you, too :)

The food has been very good. Just starting to work my way down the menu. The drinks are yummy and creative, and not watered down.

The location is fantastic. 1,000 Elm St puts you in the middle of things, but set back so it's not overwhelming. A little oasis.

The atmosphere is what keeps me coming back, though. Even if everything else was mediocre, which it isn't, I'd still come back because I feel welcomed.

Parking: There is a parking garage right down the hill from The Hop Knot off Mechanic St. There is always space.

I came in for happy hour and had a couple drinks and an appetizer. The HH beer special rotates.
I had the pretzel bites with jalapeno honey dipping sauce (which I expected to be alive honey but was really chopped jalapenos with a small amount of honey, just FYI)

Love that they are queer-friendly, BUT they are not allergy friendly as they have no vegan meal options. Even their vegetarian options have cheese and pesto. Not accessible to those with dairy allergies without having to pester the server, sadly.

Whoever had the idea for this place deserves a medal.
Great beer selection and a dope menu of fresh baked pretzels (and other things). Live entertainment, chill vibe.

This place is a hidden gem. Jarrod was the bartender, and our waiter, he was wonderful. The food was delicious. I had the BBQ chicken and cheddar pretzel with sour cream for dipping, and it was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Parking: On your own to find one on Elm Street, or the side streets.

I’ll start with the end, it was just ok. Phantom gourmet hyped this up like it was great. People where nice atmosphere give it like a brewery feel which is common now and the pretzels which is what they do where kinda bland and the sauces too. Goto the mall or thirsty moose if you want a pretzels.

I'm not a fan of bread but my partner loves it, so here we are; that being said, my goodness Hop Knot is YUM. The pretzel texture is so chewy-soft like mochi but far from undercooked, still firm. Exactly what I craved to sink my teeth into.Thank you to Gerald/Jerry(? I'm so sorry) and Kenny for being so warm and welcoming. I had a great time devouring the VegHead pretzel pizza, and pretzel hotdog with a red ale, and for dessert Cinnamon Sugar pretzel. For dipping, Kenny recommended House Maple Cream, and wow it was so delicious! Subtly sweet and whipped! There was a curious "cheesecake" beer that really tasted creamy, reminded me of a cherry Danish pastry. Also, there are board games available at the front entrance! Very clean restrooms too! Favorited this spot to come again ?
