Based on six customer reviews, Thai Food Connection in Manchester is a restaurant with phenomenal food, friendly staff, and a very laid back atmosphere. The service is fantastic, with attentive and accommodating staff who make guests feel like regulars. The food is fresh, delicious, and comes out hot. The green curry is bold, fragrant, and perfectly spiced. The beef is so tender it melts in the mouth. The salt and pepper tofu has outstanding texture and flavor, and the shiitake buns are absolutely phenomenal. The Larb wings are the best wings in Manchester. The avocado roll and vegetable tempura are delicious, with a perfect peanut hoisin sauce. The yellow curry is creamy with deep rich flavor, and the roti is soft and buttery. The basil fried rice has great flavor, and the Roasted Chicken Ramen has a nice rich broth. The crab rangoons are the best ever. Most dishes can become vegan upon request. Pricing is more than fair for the quality, and portions are large. A small note is that it can be a little hard to hear the servers at times.
